The Vesi villa is situated within the grounds of the exclusive Bay View Villas resort, three miles out of the seaside town of Sunny beach.The villa offers three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace and balcony for sun bathing. The master bedroom and living areas benefit from air conditioning.
Within the grounds is a stunning pool area with swim up bar and a dedicated children's pool. The resort is gated and pedestrianised offering a safe environment for families. For those seeking a restful holiday, Bay View offers tranquillity and stunning views.
The restaurant terrace on the roof of the spa and the pool bar terrace enjoy quite spectacular vistas of the bustling resort of Sunny Beach and the beautiful Black sea coastline. If you are looking for a more lively holiday then Bay View offers a Mini Golf course, Volleyball, Gym, Sports Bar and a children's play area. A transfer service offers regular trips to and from the resort to Sunny Beach.

Bay view Vesi is located over two floors. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation with the master bedroom leading onto the terrace. Sunbeds are provided for your enjoyment. A 24 hour reception operates at the resort for any information or additional services that you might require.

Bay View Villas Resort operates as an exclusive small village. There are many facilities onsite to enhance your holiday. Most facilities are free of charge but similar to a hotel, charges are made for Spa treatments, the Gym, laundry services and the bus transfer.

Conditions
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
A non refundable deposit of £100 per weeks visit secures the booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
A damage/ security deposit Of £200 is requested with the balance of payment which shall be refunded upon a satisfactory inspection following your holiday.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black sea coast offers miles of golden sands, crystal clear waters and long hot sunny days in summer.
Sunny Beach is situated in a glorious bay with the green slopes of the Balkan Mountains to the north and the historical world heritage site of the ancient town of Nessabar on a peninsular to the south. The resort has a spectacular 8km of golden sandy beaches which boast blue flag status.
Watersports are available on the beach and the bustling town of sunny beach offers very reasonably priced entertainment, bars and restaurants, markets and shops. For children and adrenaline lovers an aquapark is located near the main resort.
The Sunny Beach area
Sunny beach is located on the Black Sea Riviera and is the largest resort on the coast. It offers an array of activities and sports for all age groups, fantastic nightlife and great value for money. A family of four can easily dine out with drinks for £15. A resort bus offers regular transfers to and from sunny beach which takes approximately 5 minutes. Alternatively for the more energetic, walking to sunny beach is a 25 minute stroll.
Bay View resort is located near the village of Kosharitsa in a beautiful hillside location. A number of shops, bars and traditional good quality restaurants are located nearby. The resort itself is self contained within a gated development and offers a wide range of entertainment and services. It it perfectly possible to enjoy a fabulous holiday without ever leaving the resort.

The sunny beach resort is well serviced from May to October by both Bourgas and Varna airports. Bourgas is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Sunny beach and Varna is an hours transfer away.
Many charter airlines fly into both airports including: Thompsonfly, Monarch, Wizz, First Choice and Thomas Cook. Out of season some scheduled flights are available to Varna. The capital city Sofia is serviced throughout the year by good value flights from Easyjet, BA and other scheduled carriers. The transfer time from Sofia is three and a half hours.
We are able to offer transfers from Bourgas and Varna airports to Bay View Villas.

Price includes rental of property, linen and bath towels. Please note that beach/pool towels are not included but can be hired from the resort reception.
The rates are inclusive for up to 6 people. Maximum occupancy is 8. The extra people at a charge of £50 each.
Cots and high chairs available upon request and are hired via the resort.
Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. A £100 pound deposit per weeks stay is due at the time a booking is made with the remainder due six weeks before travel.
A £200 damage/breakage deposit is required.
