About the home

A smart yet relaxing villa for the price of an apartment. Large pool and children's pool, terraced area for sunbathing and barbecues. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Almond Hill complex is 2 kilometres behind Sunny Beach town. It is situated on a hillside which gives stunning panoramic views of Sunny Beach and the surrounding countryside. Burgas airport is just 25 minutes away by car.
The Villa Rosa has two en-suite bathrooms, a balcony leading off the two bedrooms on the first floor plus a terrace for al fresco dining. Hot and cold air conditioning, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a small range of DVDs and games for the kids and a boat for the pool are also at the villa as well as a brochure with suggestions of activities in the area. You will be looked after by our managing agents who are british so will understand your needs.
Almond Hills is an enclosed complex of 41 exclusive high quality villas. Each villa has its own garden with a lawn and patio area

There are fantastic panoramic views of Sunny Beach and the surrouunding countryside due to the fact that the Almond Hill complex is situated on a hillside.

Almond Hills is enclosed and has security staff ensuring that only residents and staff may enter the complex. At the front of the complex is a shop and cafe, bus stops. Within 200 yards are restaurants and further bars and cafes and mini markets. Supermarkets are in town (about 2km away) and we suggest that if you are using our management company for the transfer you ask them to stop by at the large supermarket on the way in so you can stock up for your holiday. However, eating out is inexpensive so you wont need to over buy!

Being that the villas are in a small complex, you will find that you can make friends with others easily whilst also enjoying your own privacy.

This is our holiday home and we look after it. We ask that guests enjoy all the facilities but that they respect it as if is was their own.

Conditions

* Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
At time of writing the swimming pool is an open area (i.e. not fenced off). Please therefore look after any young children around the pool area.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Bulgarian Black Sea coast offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, Sunshine, golden sand beaches with clear water and pleasant summer temperatures of around 26°.
There are water sports and numerous forms of entertainment for you to enjoy in this modern seaside resort along with good cooking and good wine, while just 10 minutes away there are the historic sights of the 13th century fishing village of Nessabar with its old buildings and cobbled streets. In the tourist centres, inexpensive handmade articles such as fine crochet works, knitwear, pottery, wood-carvings and paintings abound and are reasonably priced.

The Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area

Bulgaria is the perfect location for a holiday as there is so much to entertain you with its vast swathes of golden beaches,spectacular mountain ranges, unspoilt countryside and beautiful historic towns, especially the 13th century fishing village of Nessabar.

Food and drink is of very high quality and is very cheap. A large beer can cost as little a 50p and family of four can have a 3 course meal for around £10.00 inc drinks. Because food is so cheap, self catering is the best option.

Sunny Beach is a modern town with impressively modern buildings, and has hundreds of bars and restaurants, many with live entertainment. There are discos, night clubs and beach bars. The beaches are Blue Flag accredited and are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children.

Activities include Aqua Parks, Water Sports, Go-Karting, Cycling, Hiking, Sailing, Tennis, Horse Riding, Jet Skis, IMax Cinema, Simulator Rides and Bungee Jumping to name but a few.

Food and drink is very cheap and is of excellent quality. A family of 4 can eat out for less than £10.00 including drinks. To give you an idea, a large beer is around 50p.

Nessabar is 10 minutes from Sunny Beach and is a complete contrast to it. Nessabar is a quaint old 13th century fishing village and sits on cobblestone streets.
