The Black Sea Coast region
Kosharitsa is a small traditional Bulgarian village, approximately 3km from Sun House Village and appx 5km from Sunny Beach.
The area's average air temperature in the Summer is approximately 28c with the average water temperature at 25c. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August and with the increase in the number of airlines flying to the coast out of season, it is now becoming an all year round destination.
Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
There is a bus service from outside the complex down to Sunny Beach and to Nessebar also up to Kosharitsa village.
Sunny Beach is Bulgaria's premier beach resort, with a 7 kilometre white sandy beach which has been awarded a prestigious blue flag. There are over 100 places to eat, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, a newly built shopping mall, 2 aqua parks, water-sports, bowling and even crazy golf along the beach.
Nessebar - With a history dating back some 2,500 years housing the remains of 40 churches from different periods of history. It also over looks the harbour and new town of Nessebar. Both the old and new town are full of life with restaurants and entertainment.
How to get there
The intenational Airport of Bourgas is appx 30km away and is 25-30 minutes drive.
Varna Airport is slightly further but is easily accessible.
We use a property management company and we can arrange airport transfers or car hire for you if asked in advance.

25% non refundable deposit is required with your booking to reserve apartment. Balance must be paid in sterling cash, bank transfer 12 weeks prior to departure.
If late booking full payment is required at time of booking. Damage waiver deposit of £75.00 is required with all bookings. Within 14 days of return of your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the apartment inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.
