About the home

This two bedroomed, tastefully furnished apartment offers all mod cons (washing machine, fully air conditioned, stereo, DVD player, 32" wall mounted TV.) to ensure a comfortable stay in a well designed new and private complex.

The complex has 2 pools, one graded in depth from 0 to 5ft, ideal for children of all ages, 24 hr security, pool bar and restaurant. The apartment sleeps 6 people, 1 x twin bedded room, 1x double bedroom and 1 x double sofa bed in the living room.

The balcony overlooks one of the 2 pools and is ideal for alfresco dining. The complex is a 5 minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants and 20 minute walk from the busy centre of Sunny Beach.There is also a bus stop just down the road giving cheap and easy access to the busy resort of Sunny Beach, the cultural town of Nessebar, aquapark and various other locations.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Black Sea coast covers the entire eastern bound of Bulgaria, stretching from Romania in the North to Turkey in the south along 378 KM of coastline. Formerly referred to as the Red Riviera it is now ( after the fall of the Iron curtain) nicknamed The Bulgarian Riviera.

The average air temperature of the area is 28 degrees centigrade in the summer, with a water temperature of 25 degrees. There are approx 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August

The drive between the two major cities (Bourgas and Varna) allow for exploration of tiny villages nestling in the countryside, demonstrating old Eastern European traditions and values. The Bulgarian people are friendly and helpful and are keen for tourists to enjoy the wide variety of activities and dining experiences that are available in the resorts.

The Sunny Beach area

Sunny beach has just about any activity a tourist would wish for, golf, jet skis, parasailing, water skiing, banana boats, paddle boats, boat trips, go-karting, horse riding, crazy golf, aqua parks (the list goes on!)

The beach is 8 km of beautiful fine golden sand and has the 'Blue Flag Prize' award. There are sunbeds and parasols the length of the beach to rent and the sea gently grades making it ideal for children. There are a vast amount of restaurants and bars catering for every taste, many on the beach with comfy sofas and easy on the pocket cocktails.

There are golf buggies to rent which can be used to get around the resort as well as horse drawn carriages and a small road choo choo train. All around Sunny beach are street artists, who will paint a portrait for a reasonable price and are very good at their craft.

The next nearest town is Nessebar which is steeped in history and is now a world heritage site. The cobbled streets, quaint squares, open air concerts and variety of restaurants overlooking the sea make this a wonderful place to visit day or night. There is a frequent bus service to Nessebar, or you can go on the road train or catch a boat.

The resort offers plenty of night-life with 24 hr bars and clubs in the main part of the resort.

The nearest airport to Sunny Beach is Bourgas which is about 20 minutes away, next closest is Varna which is 1hr 30mins.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport (payable on arrival about 100 Leva for return Journey depending on how many people).

Hire cars are widely available though not neccessary ,as the resort has everthing to offer including a cheap and frequent bus service.

I want to thank you on the behalf of all our company for the wonderful vacations and very cosy and comfortable apartment!!!!!!!! The whole complex is great, the pools are clean, the restaurant was nice too. The children liked swimming in pools very much. We liked everything and would be glad to return back next year.
