The apartment is fully air conditioned and can comfortably accommodate 2-3 people. It is situated on the 3rd floor within easy access to the swimming pools. The apartment is managed by an english couple who will be available to hand should you require further assistance throughout your holiday.
The complex is located in a lovely calm peaceful southern bay at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. Its about a 7 minutes drive away from the 'buzzing' sunny beach, so you can enjoy 'the best of both worlds'. This is a brand new complex which forms part of what is known as the ‘Grand Resort’ (consisting of Panorama, Marina, Crown & Imperial complexes) Panorama is on the front line with views over the bay towards Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessebar.
There is gated access to ‘Paradise Beach’ located directly in front of the complex & down some steps. The facilities available at the ‘Grand Resort’ include 18 swimming pools (one is a wave pool & 3 for kids), a Jacuzzi pool and massage service, fitness club & sauna, 4 restaurant/bars, 2 supermarkets, hair dresser, beauty centre, medical centre, car hire office, internet facility, 2 Tennis courts/football fields and 13 playground areas.

Sunny Beach / Elenite area
St Vlas is the nearest village to the complex and is a beautiful coastal village that has developed into a modern beach destination during recent years. There are 3 blue flag beaches that are safe for children and also a new marina. Jet ski and banana boat hire is available on Paradise Beach near the complex and in Sunny Beach itself.
Sunny Beach is a stretch of fine white sand which gently slopes into the warm crystal sea that has been awarded the international Blue Flag award. Original sand dunes to the south and with the beach averaging between 30 and 60 meters wide.
How to get there
Bourgas Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive away. Varna airport is about an hours drive away but just as easy to get to. If you require transfers to and from these airports, please let me know upon booking and this can be arranged for you at a very reasonable rate. There is a regular bus service from Bourgas via Nessebar/Sunny Beach to St. Vlas/Panorama Fort Beach Complex. Car hire is available from the airport too. Follow the signs to Sunny Beach and then continue to St. Vlas, its about a 5 minute drive up from St Vlas. The complex is on the main Elenite/St. Vlas/Sunny Beach road on your right coming up from Sunny Beach.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
£30.00 deposit is required upon booking and must be payed within 5 days of confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before departure date (excluding last minute booking).
A refundable security deposit of £50.00 is required with the balance and will be returned within 7 days of your return once the management company have found everything in order to the inventory.
Cancellations before 2 weeks will result in the loss of deposit.
A mid-week clean can be arranged at an additional cost.
