The apartment is situated on the sixth floor of the newly completed Barcélo Royal Beach 5* Hotel and is easily accessed via one of the numerous lifts. The spacious accommodation is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with the main living area and balcony offering fabulous panoramic views of Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar.
The apartment offers comfortable accommodation as follows:
Living area - Three seater sofa, which converts into 2 x single beds, armchair, coffee table & reading lamp, internet access (payable locally), cable T.V. offering English & Bulgarian Channels, DVD & C.D. player, air conditioning/heating and safety deposit box
Kitchen & Dining Area - Seating for four persons, occasional table & reading lamp. Fitted kitchen with brand new appliances including electric hob, electric oven and grill, extractor fan, built in fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Bathroom - Full size bath and shower, W.C. washbasin, vanity unit, mirror, electric hairdryer and telephone. Bath and hand towels are provided for your use.
Bedroom — 6’ king size bed with high quality mattress ( can be split into two single beds), bedside tables with reading lamps, two wardrobes, dressing table and mirror and independently controlled air conditioning.
Balcony —The spacious balcony which offers panoramic views over the peninsula of Nessebar and St Vlas can be accessed from either the bedroom or living room is equipped with table, chairs , clothes airer and balcony light.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
The cost per 7 day period is for the apartment and NOT per person
If your booking falls within different brackets , the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Balance of payment is required 8 weeks before departure.
A security bond of £200 is payable with your balance to cover any damage and/or breakages. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the apartment has been inspected.
Bath, hand towels and bed linen are provided.
The apartment will be cleaned and linen changed every 7 days.
Cleaning utensils including electric vacuum cleaner and ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience.
