About the home

The apartment is situated in a fantastic sea view position on the sixth floor of the Barcélo Royal Beach 5* Hotel and is easily accessed via one of the numerous lifts. This spacious apartment has tastefully refurbished and equipped to a very high standard, the main living area and balcony offers fabulous panoramic views of Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar.

The apartment offers comfortable accommodation as follows:

Living area - Three seater sofa, which converts into 2 x single beds or 1 double bed , plus an armchair that converts into a single bed, coffee table & reading lamp, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, Flat Screern LED T.V. offering English & Bulgarian Channels, DVD & C.D. player, air conditioning/heating and safety deposit box

Kitchen & Dining Area - Seating for four persons, occasional table & reading lamp. Fitted kitchen with brand new appliances including electric hob, electric oven and grill, extractor fan, built in fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

Bathroom - Full size bath and shower, W.C. washbasin, vanity unit, mirror, electric hairdryer and telephone. Bath and hand towels are provided for your use.

Bedroom — 6’ king size bed with high quality mattress ( can be split into two single beds), bedside tables with reading lamps, two wardrobes, dressing table, mirror and hairdryer with independently controlled air conditioning in the bedroom area.

Balcony —The spacious balcony which offers panoramic views over the peninsula of Nessebar and St Vlas can be accessed from either the bedroom or living room is equipped with table, chairs , clothes airer and balcony light.

“A fantastic holiday, great accommodation and service!” 3 friends and I have just returned from a weeks stay at The Barcelo Hotel in Sunny Beach. We all had a great time and all still have the holiday blues. We booked the apartment privately through Diane and Andy, Diane has been an absolute star and has helped us at every step through the process. Diane provided us with plenty of excellent information and arranged our airport transfers. The Barcelo Hotel itself is excellent, one of the best in the resort. Our accommodation was great, the fridge was even stocked up with water and milk on our arrival. The rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. Free Wifi Access too! The pool area is very nice and there is plenty free loungers about. All in all the accommodation is excellent value for money. The Barcelo is in an excellent location, you are only a few minutes away from the beach and main strip. Although you are close to the main areas, there is no noise around the Barcelo. We spent 6 of the 7 evenings at Djannys restaurant which again was fantastic. For 5 of us we were paying £30 a night. All in all we had an excellent time and Diane has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Given our positive experience we are already looking to book our return trip through Diane for next year. “What a fantastic holiday, will be back next year.” Had a brilliant holiday, complex and apartment were excellent. Booking this apartment with Diane was really easy, she also arranged transfers for us and gave us lots of useful information about the resort. The location of this complex is right in the centre of sunny beach. Enjoyed the holiday so much we've booked with Diane to return next year, will also be taking family members to stay in the barcelo with us. Look forward to returning next year. “perfect from start to finish” We booked our holiday through Holiday Lettings, and it really was brilliant service from the second we enquired about the Barcelo. Barcelo is set in a perfect location, a 2 minute walk from the beach where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. As soon as we arrived at the Barcelo we could see we were at a 5* hotel, all staff are helpful, check in was quick and most of all our apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with everything in there that we could need. There are several pools which are all lovely (a bit cold but you can't complain!!) ideal for families (even with young children), couples, groups, there is a real variety of poeple here. All in all I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel, easily the best in Sunny Beach! “ONE OF THE BEST ACCOMMADTION I HAVE STAYED IN” We had a geat time on our holiday and the accommodation was excellent. The room was very spacious and had every thing in there that we needed. We were allowed to use the hotel pool which was massive and had no problems getting sun loungers in the mornings even when we did not get down there till half ten after a late night out on the town.. We could use all the hotel facilities if we had wished too. When we booked the hotel with dianne it was straight forward, we had no problems what so ever. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and to take us back on our return journey (The taxi man was waiting with our name on a board when we walked out of departures, it cost 110 Lev). The hotel is in a very central position only a few minutes walk to all the bars and clubs. The beach is a maxium of five minutes walk to the main sea front where the beach was beautifal with golden sands. If your booking falls within different brackets , the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Balance of payment is required 8 weeks before departure.

A security bond of £200 is payable with your balance to cover any damage and/or breakages. This will be refunded, usually within 7 days of your return, once the apartment has been inspected.

Bath, hand towels and bed linen are provided.

The apartment will be cleaned and linen changed every 7 days.

Cleaning utensils, hairdryer, ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience.
