Home description
A fully furnished air-conditioned one-bedroom luxury apartment ideal for families and couples. One bedroom with double bed plus a set of bunk beds. The lounge also has a double sofa bed and tv with satalite Set in a peacefull location, only 5 mins from the nearest beach and 7 mins from the resort centre where you will find an array of restaurants and bars offering food and drinks at very attractive prices.
Leading from the living room as well as the bedroom is a spacious private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy a few drinks after a day at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen even with a washing machine !!!.
The complex has an adult pool as well as a children's pool with a restaurant and water cafe bar. And children's play area, and shop and reception area.
We can provide a taxi for you and your family from the airport to the complex for apparox £30 each way per taxi (no waiting around for one !!) Air con and eletricity is free 9no coin meters here!) The Black Sea Coast region
The black sea coast is great for families as the beaches are so clean and you can walk out in the sea for a long way before it get to deep. On the coast you can find around 10 nature parks and over 300 hot water wells. The beaches are long and wide pure fine white sand, and the water is turquoise blue which can reach 25 degrees in the summer , the sea is a very gradual slop with virtually no tides reulting in this being the perfect resrot for families. And in the height of summer the dolphins are know to swim by late afternoon early morning it is an amazing site.

Sunny beach is the most popular area of Bulgaria with amazing beachesIt benifits from 1,700 hours of sunshine through the summer season and cool evenings so you can sleep (apartment is air conditioned). Sunny beach is a modern holiday destination with great restaurants, bars, taverns, folklore shows, nightclubs, casinos, and cafes.The water offers lots of things to occcupie the young and old from water skiing, parachutes, surfing, hanggliding, bannana boats, sailing, yatchts, paddle boats, and many boat trips. There are children's pools and slides on the beaches, trampolines and parkss all over the resort. !0 minute bus ride to Nessabar "world heritage site". The newly opened water park is great value for money and only a 15 min FREE bus ride.
How to get there
You can fly to Bourgas Airport from most local airports. Cheap flights are available from Luton with www.wizzair.com. Many good deals can be found on various flight internet sites. Local taxis are available. Car hire can be booked in advance if required. Sea Dreams is 30 mins from the airport.
Nearest airport is bourgas 30 mins but varna can oftern offer cheaper flights trnasfer 1 hour

Further details indoors: *** Please note that photographs of the interior are to be supplied in the next couple of weeks *** This apartment block has staffed reception area and we provide a free phone number for our management company so if any problems give them a call within resonable hours only. This block also has a lift so no lugging up your luggue up the stairs, or pushchairs. Its a 4 min walk to the busses which are so cheep , 15 min ride to the water park to .
We do have a studio also in this block so great for extended families who want to holiday together but not on top of each other !!
Further details outdoors: There is always parking in a large secure car park. The complex is fenced and gated with 24 hr reception and security.

Keys will be supplied by the taxi driver who will take and collect you if service booked if not they will be avaliable from reception. Bookings will include clean linning and BATH TOWELS ONLY. If a 2 week stay then they will be changed at end of week one.

Conditions
A 20% deposite is required to book your dates if your hoilday is more than 8 weeks away , after 8 weeks then the full balance is payable. DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE and must be paid with in 7 days of booking. The reaminder is to be paid min 8 weeks before departure. A £100 refundable damage deposite will be added to the final balance and return with in 24 hours of departure usually before you even land back in the uk !!!!!

Thanks great to have a taxi waiting we had a lovely honey moon in the studio it was so big for a couple to , not to far from the main strip for us to come back at night but far enough away to gewt a good nights sleep. thanks helen and pete aug07 Wessex Wow we where really impressed great facilities and larger than expected, and the washing machine a god send with the kids. the lift was great to with the buggy. see you next year. thanks Bell family aug07 birmingham
