The apartment is located on the 6th floor of Karolina Complex in Southern Sunny Beach. An excellent location which is ideal for a quiet family holiday. Southern Sunny Beach is a quiet area situated between the main complex of Downtown Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar. Both these areas are serviced by a small train which runs every 20 minutes.
The complex itself is well equipped with 2 restaurants, a spa, gym, solarium and sauna, large swimming pool which receives the sun all day long. The apartment is well equipped with all mod cons including a washing machine, air conditioning, cooker, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven etc. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a converting sofa bed and chair in the livingroom. The apartment is spacious and equipped to a high standard.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea Coast is over 350kms long with some wonderful beaches to explore. Much of the coastline is undeveloped and unspoilt. South of Sunny Beach is serviced by a road which runs along the coast. The road is of reasonable quality and takes you right down to the Turkish Border. The road quality deteriorates the further south you travel but along the way there are many small towns and villages which are full of Bulgarian culture and well worth a visit. North of Sunny Beach is also full of some gems including Byala and of course the city of Varna. Sunny Beach is the largest holiday centre on the Black Sea coast. With a wonderful semi-circular beach 6 kilometres long which is made up of fine golden sand sloping gently to clean, warm waters.

Karolina apartments are located in Southern Sunny Beach which is a quiet area ideal for family holidays. Downtown Sunny Beach is serviced from the area by a small shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes. Nessebar and Old Nessebar are also on the doorstep, also serviced by the small shuttle bus and just a 10 minute ride away. There are many local restaurants in the area and 2 24hr supermarkets on the complex. Also within the complex you will find a Spa, gym, solarium, sauna etc. There is mini golf in the area and also a waterpark which is serviced by a bus. The waterpark is approximately 2kms away.
How to get there
Charter flights with most major tour operators run weekly in the summer for 7 or 14 day duration. These can be picked up on www.airflights.co.uk. Wizzair.com run a low cost airline which flies 3 or 4 times per week from London Luton directly to Bourgas (35kms from Sunny Beach). We recommend Rentomobile.com which I have personally used before - they are honest and reliable.

Further details indoors: The apartment is well equipped with all mod cons and there is a part sea view from the balcony. It is part of a great complex which is only 100m from the beach. Features of the complex include a great restaurant, large swimming pool which receives sun all day long, kids pool with 2 slides, sauna, gym, solarium, jacuzzi etc. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom and a converting sofa bed in the kitchen / dining area which can be converted to comfortably sleep 4.
Further details outdoors: There is a large swimming pool and also a children's pool which has 2 slides. Also on site is a very good Restaurant which provides for example 1/2 chicken, chips and side salad for approximately £3.00. Drinks range from approximately 50p. There is also a spa facility which includes sauna, solarium, gym, beauty treatments, massage etc.
Conditions
A booking deposit of £100 is required to confirm your dates. Balance of payment will be required 6 weeks before your booked dates. A £75 breakage deposit is also required. This will be refunded in full accordingly after our representative inspects the property following your departure. This will normally be refunded within 7 days.
