About the home

Quieter part of Sunny Beach area, with pools of varying size. Children's' play areas can be found amongst the beautiful landscaped gardens. Play crazy golf, or just sit next to one of many pools.
Property terraces give sea views, and are south west facing for afternoon & evening sunshine.
Various restaurants are within easy reach, or grab a taxi to travel the 5 mins into Sunny Beach centre for nightlife and walk along the promenade with shops, restaurants & activities.

Faux leather sofas allow you to lounge about relaxing in airconditioned luxury.

Beds/sofa beds can accommodate 4 people - a 5th person could stay if you wish to hire a camp bed at £18.00 per week.

Additional items are available to hire - buggies, highchairs, baby baths, cots.
Warm and cold air conditioning available.

Unusual "50p" design of the apartment block means that the lounge & bedroom have little wall connection with neighbours, providing peace and quiet.

Various pools available, and use of other neighbouring developments means you won't get bored of the same view.

Try the wave machine - great for kids; or the jacuzzi pool - great for you!

Cocktail bar, 3 restaurants, internet cafe, gym, hairdresser, nail bar, fishing jetty, tennis courts - all in a secure development.

There's even a massage service overlooking the sea if you are need of a thorough relaxation.

No smoking in the apartment - although OK on the terrace.

Conditions

£100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.
Full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to departure. Additional £100 will also be held as a breakages deposit - refunded on your arrival home.
Apartment is available for wheelchair users, but there is a slight incline which may make this not ideal. Lifts are available in the apartment block.
There are steps down to the local beach.

The Black Sea Coast region

An excellent climate throughout the main season (April to Oct), with fantastic beaches, and mountainous backdrops.

This region is well known for its spa qualities and there's plenty of history too.

This is a region that has developed over recent years, but not too much as to spoil the views and landscapes.

There are plenty of local places to visit, including Bourgas, Sozopol & further afield Varna.

The Sunny Beach area

Nessebar UNESCO Heritage site is well worth a visit to ramble among the streets, enjoy the superb fish restaurants and buy those locally crafted souvenirs.

Try local restaurants for really good food - details available in our apartment.

Enjoy a local show night, including dancing, fire eating, acrobats.

Try the recently developed St Vlas Marina for further nightlife and good food. Experience the expensive boats & cars.

Fly to Bourgas airport, which is then only 40 mins transfer time to the apartment.
We can arrange pickup at any time of day, and they will introduce you to the apartment and its facilities.
You can fly from most airports in the UK.
