Sun Village complex is located just 300 metres from the golden sandy beaches of Sunny Beach. Set in a peaceful background yet only 5 minutes walking from the numerous selection of bars/shops/restaurants/clubs that Sunny beach has to offer.The sun village complex benefit's from 24 hour gated security for your peace of mind.
With a good sized double bedroom, and double sofa-bed in lounge it is perfect for families of all age groups. The bedroom has door leading directly onto the large balcony overlooking the pool. as does the lounge, making it ideal for al fresco dining.
There are plenty of activities on site, to keep the young ones happy and we are situated just 250 metres from the biggest aqua park in Bulgaria.

Sunny Beach caters for all age groups, at night it comes alive with a never ending supply of bars/clubs/restaurants/discos. By day relax on the miles of golden sandy beaches, with an abundance of watersports on offer.
If shopping is your thing, bargains galore are to be had with hundreds of shops for you to take in, and there is plenty for the kids too, with go-karting, fun fairs and the largest water park in Bulgaria just a short walk away.

The large balcony overlooking the large communal swimming pool is ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is serviced by a lift accessing all floors. The apartment complex is set in landscaped gardens, with a huge communal swimming pool. A poolside bar/restaurant is on site to provide meals and refreshing drinks.
Please note that the pool/pool bar are open from May-October.
Conditions
25% of total booking fee is required to reserve the apartment, with the remaining balance required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Further to this we would require a £100 security breakage deposit, which will be returned to you within 1 week of your return home. (This is just a safe guard against any wilful damage, and doesn't apply for any accidental breakages which sometimes occurs).

Guestbook for Sunny Beach/Sun Village
We spent two fantastic weeks at this apartment in August 2008, and I have to say we had a great time. The complex has a very large pool for adults, and also a smaller pool for the kids. The on-site bar/restaurant provides value for money meals and cool refreshing drinks. The water park is only a five minute walk away, which is great when you have children.The apartment was very modern and spacious, and everything was at hand for a self catering holiday. The large balcony overlooks the communal pool. Sunny Beach centre is just a short walk away, where there are many shops/bars/and traditional Bulgarian restaurants. We would definitely book this apartment the next time we spend our holidays in Bulgaria.
