These complexes, along with Panorama Fort and Marina Fort, form the Grand Fort complex in St. Vlas.
These spacious penthouse apartments are fully furnished and include all the mod-cons to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Individual air-conditioning systems serve the lounge and bedroom. These systems also provide heating during the cooler winter months.
These apartments are ideal for families given their location and facilities on the Grand Fort complex. Children will be spoilt for choice when it comes to playgrounds and swimming pools, not to mention the water park which is 10 mins walk from the complex.

Sunny Beach area
Sunny Beach is just that, an eight kilometer stretch of fine white sand which gently slopes into the warm crystal sea that has been awarded the international Blue Flag award. Original sand dunes to the south and with the beach averaging between 30 and 60 meters wide, it’s a haven for those who wish to spend lazy days soaking up the sun. Apart from the magnificent beach with varied beach sports and water-sports, there is an abundance of shops, bars, disco’s, restaurants and market stalls. There is something for everyone and an absolute paradise for shoppers and bargain hunters!
In the bars and restaurants, a pint of lager can be had for as little as 35p. A restaurant meal for 2 people including starters, a side dish and a couple of glasses of wine is around £8. With such a wide variety of pubs, bars and restaurants you won't need to look far for that next drink or bite to eat!
Also on offer are many activities including: surfing, water skis and parachutes, jet-skiing and banana boats, go-karting, hang-gliding, sailing, yachts, paddle boats, scooters, rowboats, tennis courts, beach volleyball, play grounds, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling, riding ground, fitness halls, and aqua parks to name but a few! The old town of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back 3,000 years, is well worth a visit.

- Fly to either Bourgas or Varna airport :- - Bourgas is approximately 30km away from the apartment and transfer time is around 30 minutes by taxi. - Varna is approximately 95km away from the apartment and transfer time is around 90 minutes by taxi. - Cheap flights are available from Wizzair.com and Balkanholidays.com - Transfers to and from the apartment can be arranged if you would prefer. - Local buses and numerous taxis are available in and around the area.

Further details indoors: Two single beds in bedroom join together to form a double bed. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Travel cost available on request at no extra charge - will sleep child up to the age of 18 months or thereabouts.
Laminate floor in bedroom and lounge. Tiled floor in hall way, bathroom and kitchen/dining area.
Further details outdoors: The Grand Fort complex comprises 18 swimming pools including wave pool, water slides and children's pools. There are 13 separate children's play areas, 3 restaurants, 2 supermarkets, 2 tennis courts, mini golf, gym, medical centre, sauna, hairdressers/beauty centre, currency exchange, travel agency including car hire, and much more. This is a self-contained complex with it's own private beach. Every thing you'll need to enjoy your stay!
Conditions
Both of the apartments are built on a hill side. The 6th floor apartment on Crown Fort is at the top of the hill (which is why it has such fantastic, unobstructed views of the bay!) However, wheelchair users, people with walking difficulties or breathing difficulties, as well as families with small children or push chairs will find this property hard work to get to and from. The 5th floor property on Imperial Fort is half way up the hill and has much easier access to and from. Most people will find this easily manageable. Please inform me when enquiring about availability if you have any specific requests regarding the above for either apartment. Ask for 5th floor Imperial Fort apartment to be on the safe side but if you think you can manage the hill then the 6th floor Crown Fort apartment is worth the extra effort - better views and more peaceful location with forests to the rear!
