About the home
The apartment is ideal for a couple to enjoy everything Sunny Beach has to offer, being near the beach and resort centre. It is set back off the main road so is in a lovely quiet location, yet only a few minutes from the resort centre. The beach is only 400 metres away.
It is a studio apartment which sleeps 2, the fold out double sofa bed is situated in the spacious living area.
The complex has 24 hour security and a reception which is staffed during the day. Internet/wifi access in the studio can be arranged on arrival, by paying a small charge at reception.
The apartment was only built a few years ago so is very modern and has a lovely modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area looks out on to a balcony which overlooks the complex swimming pool. The balcony is furnished with a table and 2 chairs. The balcony benefits from the morning sunshine, perfect to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before making your way to the pool. The studio has been owned by my husband and I since new and it has been maintained to a high standard.
Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning which is serviced annually, use of this is included in the price.
If you have a young child travelling with you high chairs and cots can be provided at no extra cost.
If you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay and would like to surprise your loved one with a card, bottle of bubbly, box of chocolates or flowers just let us know. We can arrange this for you.
If you have an early morning arrival or late night departure we will do our best to accommodate this at no extra charge (depending on the arrival date/time of the previous and next guests).

The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny Beach is a large up and coming resort suitable for couples, young people seeking vibrant nightlife, older people, and families with children.
It has beautiful beaches so is ideal if you're looking for sun and relaxation. During the summer months temperatures reach between 30 and 40 degrees.
There are plenty of different types of restaurants to eat at, so there's bound to be something to suit your tastes. There is even a KFC and a McDonalds if you fancy it! There are also plenty of bars and nightclubs in the main resort of Sunny Beach.
During the day there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied; shopping, watersports, jeep safaris, crazy golf, excursions, and a water park near by.
It's a really cheap place to eat and drink, for example you can buy a pint of beer for about 50p. The local people are really friendly and there's a lovely relaxed atmosphere everywhere you go.
The Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and a 10 minute walk away from the resort centre. There is a bus stop right outside the apartments giving access to Bourgas, Nessebar and the aqua park.
Sunny Beach has about 10km of gorgeous sandy beaches with what seems like a tideless sea, and the beaches are never too crowded. On the beach there are loads of water sports to try such as banana boat rides and jet-skiing. Away from the beach there are other activities you can try such as horse-riding, volleyball, paragliding, tennis and crazy golf. You can hire mountain bikes and venture out to the mountains behind Sunny Beach.
If you fancy sampling the local culture there are folk nights and shows on, where you can see some local traditions, costumes and dancing and try local Bulgarian food and beers.
Situated 4.8 kilometres south of Sunny Beach is the ancient town of Nessebar where you can see medieval churches, narrow cobblestone lanes, old wooden houses and fortress walls. This small town is on the UNESCO list of world heritage and is well worth a visit for those interested in Bulgarian history and culture.
If you enjoy shopping there are plenty of shops and stalls all along the main promenade selling everything from local arts and crafts to modern designer goods. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.
No matter what type of food you like there is bound to be something to suit your taste, there are literally hundreds of restaurants in Sunny Beach. It's really cheap to eat out, for example a 3 course meal with wine for 2 people shouldn't cost any more than about £15. There are also numerous bars, night clubs and casinos.
The aqua park is well worth a visit, it's absolutely brilliant. It's only 15 minutes away and you can get a free bus from outside the apartments.

You can now fly to Bourgas Airport from most major UK airports. There are lots of budget airlines flying there such as Easyjet, Whizz, Airtours and Balkan Holidays. The transfer time to Sunny Beach from the airport is just 30 minutes in a car.
Transfers can be arranged which cost 60 lev each way (1 vehicle with up to 4 passengers).
Alternatively taxis are always available and should cost you approximately 80-100 leva, or you can hire a car at the airport. There are also buses available from the airport to Sunny Beach which run every 20 minutes and should cost no more than 5 lev. You can also fly to Sofia and then get a coach to Sunny Beach, although the journey takes 6-7 hours.

The studio is well designed, the direct sunshine is only in the morning, so it is not too hot in the evening. We recommend to book the transfer through the owner, it is very convenient and price is reasonable. The studio is adequately equipped for the holidays. We appreciated a quiet location whereas the beach is not far. At the beach, lounges and umbrellas are paid (4 euro for unit per day), but there is always a free zone. There is a wifi hotspot in the complex, the connection is relatively slow, but not too pricey (6 hours intermittent 3,99 euro and there are other options). The email communication with the owner was very helpful. We could recommend the studio for any couple. |

Great communication with opwner who also arranged airport transfers.Ideal for any couple looking for a nice apartment only a short walk from lots of bars, restaurants, beach, buses etc, yet in a quiet location with 24 hour reception/security. We would have no problem recommending this apartment and will probably use it again in 2012. |
