The complex has a shuttle bus that will take you to, and back, from the centre of Sunny Beach or Nessebar. Alternatively you take the local bus down to Sunny Beach - the bus stop is only 200 yards from the villa.
The northern end of Sunny Beach, with access to the beach and a selection of superb restaurants, is within walking distance.

The Black Sea Coast region
Villas Montemar are located 3km from the centre of Sunny Beach on the main road to Kosharitsa village which is 2km away. All the attractions of Sunny Beach are easily accessible by bus or taxi.
Sunny Beach is the largest Bulgarian sea resort, situated along a stretch of pristine beach in a bay formation along the southern part of the Black Sea Riviera. Property in Sunny Beach is ideally located to take advantage of the 8km strip of beach backed by natural golden sand dunes.
The resort has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag International prize for proven ecological advantages and its environmental excellence.
Sunny Beach enjoys approximately 1700 hours of sunshine from May through September and a daily average temperature of 27°C in summer. Sea temperatures average 25°C, warmer than the Mediterranean.

Our villa is situated in a developing area of Kosharitsa and enables you to have a relaxing holiday in a peaceful luxury villa but still be within reach of the main tourist areas of the Black Sea Coast.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of the complex and not to be missed is the Bulgarian Night in Hunter's Lodge Restaurant or alternatively take a short taxi-ride to Khan's tent.
.Sunny Beach is a haven for sport enthusiasts and the multitude of activities include: surfing, water skis and parachutes, hang-gliding, banana boat, sailing, yachting, paddle boats, scooters, rowing boats, tennis, beach-volleyball, children playgrounds, mini-golf, bowling, horse riding, fitness centres and locally arranged sports tournaments for amateurs and professionals.
Over 130 restaurants and taverns cater to foreign tastes with a wide range of Bulgarian and international cuisine.
Nightlife is varied and ranges from nightclubs, discos, casinos and bars, to cafes, folk-style spots and a variety of acts and entertainment in the local taverns.
Children are more than adequately catered for and will find an endless supply of organised activities, fun and games and competitions and playgrounds.
There are ample small cafes and a good selection of boutique shops and a recently opened western style shopping mall.

How to get there
Our villa is only 30 minutes drive from Bourgas airport, which is served by the major charter airlines and budget airline Wizz Air. Alternatively you can fly into Varna airport.
Transport can be arranged from either Bourgas or Varna airports to our villa.

For holidaymakers with children, the villa is equipped with a cot, Playstation, dvds, books, sports equipment, pool toys and bicycles.
