This brand new complex of 49 self contained apartments is situated just 10 minutes walk from the beach and at the same time close to many attractive restaurants, bars and clubs in Sunny Beach.

The apartment is luxuriously decorated, fully furnished and air-conditioned and benefit from broadband internet and heated children´s and main swimming pools, restaurant, lifts and is all maintained to the highest standard.

Our apartment is within close walking distance from everything the resort has to offer, and is the ideal location for those who like to be in the heart of everything. It has been designed by award winning architects and were fully completed in April 2007.
