A luxury 1 bedroom apartment situated in an excellent central location, a quiet area away from traffic but only 200m from the award winning sandy beach, bars & restaurants. Completed in 2007, this apartment is on the 4th floor with lift access, and has a balcony with Pool view and fabulous glass wall feature in the living room! Suitable for families or couples alike, sleeps 4 people.
The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, television with cable TV, DVD player, CD Player, iPod / MP3 speakers, sideboard, dining table and 4 chairs.
There is a private balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom which has a table & 4 chairs enabling dining and relaxation overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktop, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer section, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c and wash basin with illuminated mirror.
Due to demand the bedroom now has 2 single beds, ideal for friends sharing or couples. There are individual wall lights and cabinets, a wardrobe and a set of drawers with mirror above. A security safe is also permanently fitted for the use of our guests. For your safety a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher have been installed.

* The international airport of Bourgas is only 30km away and is a 20 to 25 minute drive. * Varna airport is slightly further away but is easily accessible. * We use a property management company and we can arrange airport transfers for you. * Taxis are also available at the airports. * We can supply driving directions for you if you wish to hire a car from the airport.
