This new apartment comfortably accommodates six people and benefits from easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants and bars for eating out. Prices to wine dine and socialise are outrageously cheap, compared to other European destinations. yet the quality remains excellent! All facilities are so accessible on foot including the Aqua park and Go karting that are only ten minutes away too!
The apartment benefits from a huge private pool for residents use, with a separate large shallow section, perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony overlooking the pool/bar, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to drink/dine al fresco.
With one double and one twin bedroom both with craftsmen built fitted wardrobes with vast storage space, bedside table/drawers and a safe, the apartment is ideal for families, with more than plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The air conditioned lounge also houses a double sofa bed.
The bedrooms share a further balcony, and each benefit from large electric fans. The kitchen has a modern spot lighted breakfast bar, and the apartment is extremely well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. This location is superb in respect of walking distance to attractions for all ages and cultures. The whole resort is so accessible on foot from here!

The Black Sea Coast region
A blue flag, 8km beach facing east with golden sand and gently sloping sea makes this ideal for all the family. With an extensive choice of bars, restaurants, discos', night clubs, casinos, excursions, Children's activities (Bowling,Crazy Golf, Rides etc) sport and water sports there is something for everyone. Sunny Beach is the largest of the Bulgarian coastal resorts and the countries top tourist destination, with the northern end reaching the slopes of the Balkan Mountains and 3km to the south, the world heritage town of Old Nessebur (Bus access for only twenty pence!) You can hire 4 wheel pedal bikes for a wander through the resort, or a scooter or car to take you up the Balkan mountains to walk, relax or just enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Old Nessebur can be reached by boat, bus, taxi or even a walk along the beach for the energetic. This is a ideal way to see the well formed sand dunes and many rare plants some of which are protected and on the European list of endangered rarities. There are many towns, villages and places of interest to visit. The choice is yours.
How to get there
The resort is 35km to the BOURGAS Airport, a 25/30 minute taxi ride away. This can be arranged and costs approx £20. The airport is serviced by numerous regular loca ltaxi operators.

Socialising and Eating out is incredibly cheap, however there is excellent domestic equipment provided should you wish to entertain. The apartment also has 24 hrs Security Personnel, and offers excellent individual security features including intercom, locking communal doors, security shutters and a safe within the master bedroom. The list of home comforts are exhaustive, and are all provided to enhance the pleasure of your stay.
Further details outdoors: A table and four chairs are provided for the illuminated front balcony. Two fold up chairs and a small table are provided for the illuminated rear balcony. There are also two sun loungers provided for guests to the apartment . The complex also provides further sun loungers and parasols for the use of holiday makers. Parking spaces are available for guests. The on site Aqua dreams pool bar provides very reasonable priced meals/refreshments until midnight throughout the holiday season with friendly english speaking staff. Some of the resorts finest eateries and bars are virtually on the doorstep!

Non Smokers prefferred. No pets allowed, and smoking only permitted on the outside balconies. English speaking personnel are on site for assistance. Pool available from mid May to the end of the season. A mid holiday apartment clean, including towel and linen change are available for an additional nominal charge if required.(approx £30) Spare towels and bed linen are supplied if you would prefer to do this yourself
