The Black Sea Coast region
The Sunny Beach area boasts 8kms of golden sand and is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where you can still see authentic, well-formed sand dunes that preserve unique and unspoiled nature only found on this coast. The combination of forests, sandy beaches and sea provide a stunning backdrop to your Sunny Beach holiday.
From May through to September there are approximately 1700 hours of sunshine during which the average daily temperature is 27°C.
Just along from Sunny Beach you can discover the stunning cobbled town of Nessebar - which at over 2500 years old is one of the oldest towns in Europe. There you will find a unique and tranquil atmosphere that envelops the fantastic harbour fish restaurants, cafe’s and galleries. The town also features the remains of over 40 churches and Thracian ruins. Nessebar can be easily reached by bus, boat or mini train from Sunny Beach.
Day trips can also be made from Sunny Beach to Sozopol, Pomorie, Varna and even Turkey.
Sunny Beach / Medovo area
The village is situated on the most eastern slopes of the Aitos section of the Balkan Range, on a hilly slope with a northern exposure, and is very close to the Biberna summit above the town of Kableshkovo (from the summit there are view to Pomorie, Bourgas, Chernomoretz and Sozopol). Medovo has a mild climate and a multitude of mineral springs. North-west of the village of Medovo flows the Aheloi river, on which is built the Aheloi dam - one of the most beautiful and clean dams in the Burgas region
At the moment there are several small shops for food products, 2-3 cafes and one nice restaurant for excursions of the "Bulgarian village" type. In the autumn of 2005 a winery house tourism center began to be biuld, and the ideas for it include the development of the so called wine-tours. The rumors are that this property's real owner is the ex-mayor of our capital Sofia, Stephan Sofiyanski.The village is situated just five kilometers away from forthcoming project for a golf-complex named Kabland,which will be situated on 500 akres and will be buld from the world-famous families Galagher and Newman. Whatever the truth is, this establishment is going to revive the economy of the village and the interests of the large business to it. The presence of unlimited supplies of such a beneficial natural resourse as the unrivalled in its qualities mineral water, flowing directly into the village's water pipes and taps, as well as its geography and closeness to the modern recreational destinations like Sunny Beach, Ravda and Pomorie (10-15 km away), defines its future development as a center for the green and balneological tourism in the region.

Further details indoors: Luxury two storey villa, upper floor comprises of wetroom, twin bedroom and double bedroom both leading to balcony. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Ground floor comprises of bathroom and open plan kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining table seating six. The lounge has a wood burning stove, 2 leather sofas one of which is a double sofa bed, a satellite tv and dvd is also available. The outside walled area has a 10mx4m private pool with good-sized terrace. The villa is in a rural village and neighbours keep a selection of animals, from goats, barking dogs to cockerels. There are good views of the mountains from the Villa. There is no public transport from the village but car hire or taxi can be arranged.

25% of rental fee due to secure booking. A refundable breakage deposit of £100( to be refunded within one weeks of your departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection), will be due with the rest of your rental fee 8 weeks before your stay.
