Home description
The Sands is a small complex of recently completed, attractive apartments in a central area of Sunny Beach. Everything you need for a great holiday is within easy reach.
It is in an excellent location - in a quiet area, yet just minutes from all amenities. You will find shops, restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk from the complex, with the heart of the resort and the beach only another 5 minutes stroll away. The walk to the beach is mainly through a pedestrianised area, with the resort being flat throughout, making it easy to get around on foot.
Beautiful, historic Nessebar is only a short trip away. You can get there by fun-train, water taxi, bus or taxi in only a few minutes. A meal at one of the restaurants overlooking the see is highly recommended.

The Black Sea coast has some fantastic beaches whilst inland you’ll find mountains, pine-clad forests, rolling countryside and skiing resorts. Virtually all of the Bulgarian beaches have the EU Blue Flag, providing assurance of the clean, safe, gently shelving golden beaches.
Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
Sunny Beach is Bulgaria’s largest tourist resort, situated on a wide bay along the southern part of the Black Sea Riviera, with a five-mile strip of beach backed by golden sand dunes. With its warm Mediterranean climate, clean, calm water and safe swimming, it's an ideal all-round holiday destination. There are several aqua-parks at the resort, the main one within walking distance of the apartment. The cost of living is exceptionally cheap too.
Sunny Beach offers something for everyone, great for couples, singles and families alike. The local people are friendly and you will see their faces light up if you offer the odd word in Bulgarian.
How to get there
Most of the major tour-operators fly direct to Bourgas airport. The apartment is approx 25 minutes from the airport. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced, however private transfers can be arranged in advance for your convenience.

Further details indoors: The apartment itself is spacious and neutrally decorated throughout with hallway, bedroom, bathroom, living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. It is located on the first floor, for easy access. The living area is fully air-conditioned and has a comfortable sofa and chair (both converting to beds) and television and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is complete with full cooking facilities. The apartment can comfortably sleep up to five people, plus there is a travel cot provided.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 balconies, the main one off the living room, overlooking the attractive pool area. The second balcony leads off the spacious bedroom.
The facilities at the Sands include a swimming pool, sun-beds, a snack bar, 24 hour reception and security, free secure parking on-site, laundry room and a small children’s play area

Welcome pack can be provided by prior arrangement. Linen and towels are provided.
Conditions
Deposit of £100 required to secure all bookings. £75 breakages deposit required, this is refundable within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection, and key return). Strictly no smoking except on the balconies.
For your convenience we can provide a taxi for you from the airport for approx £30 each way.
Keys will be supplied by the taxi driver who will collect you if this service booked, if not they will be available from reception.
