The Black Sea Coast region
The beautiful 378 km Bulgarian Black Sea coast attracts thousands of visitors every year and the largest of the costal resorts, Sunny Beach is located in the southern part of the Black Sea Rivera.
Situated in a wonderful bay with the green slops of the Balkan Mountains to the north and the cultural world heritage town of Old Nessaber on a peninsula to the south, Sunny Beach boosts a 8 km Blue flag beach of golden sand with an array of water sports and facilities and entertainment throughout the resort to appeal to every taste to create a wonderful holiday.
Sunny Beach is ideally located with easy access around the costal towns or you can explore further into the beautiful country of Bulgaria. Excursions are readily available to explore the coast and beyond.
The Black Sea climate is warm, comfortable summers with long hours of sun shine and warm waters. Bulgaria is a country with a great deal of history and located beside the apartment location is Old Nessebar which dates back 2000 years.
To the North there are many villages and smaller resorts and the costal city of Varna is around 2 hours away. To the South beyond Nessebar is Bourgas and further south is the ancient fishing village of Sozopol.
Sunny Beach area
Sunny Beach is on the Riviera of Bulgaria’s Black Sea. The largest resort of the coast boasts a wonderful 8 km Blue Flag Beach, an array of actives and sports that suits every age, fantastic nightlife, restaurants and relaxation facilities are on hand.
The property location is in South Sunny Beach on the beach side of the road within 2 minutes walk to the beach. This idylic location is within easy access to the activity of the main area of the resort which is a 20 minute walk away. However, it is a more relaxed area when you want it but there is still plenty to do. You also have the advantage of easy access to New and Old Nessebar. You can arrive here within 10 minutes via bus or the fun tourist train, both of which run very regular from the area. A 30 minute walk will take you to Old Nessebar along the coastal peninsula which is equally very scenic day and night.
The area also features two Aqua Parks, Spa treatments, Water Sports, such as Jet Skiing, Surfing, diving and more. There are plenty of activities for young children, families, couples of every age group, an array of shopping and various excursions.
Bulgaria is also Europe’s “Best Value” for money destination. Your money will go a very long way here.

The closest airport is Bourgas.
