The apartment is located in Panorama Fort Beach in Elenite which is located in a lovely calm southern bay in the foot of Balkan Mountains and beside St. Vlas and Sunny Beach. This is a brand new complex which forms part of what is known as the ‘Grand Resort’ (consisting of Panorama, Marina, Crown & Imperial complexes) Panorama is on the front line with stunning views over the bay towards Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessebar. It is the ideal location for a calm and relaxing holiday away from the disco music, noise and bustle that is Sunny Beach, yet only a short hop (5 kms or 6/7minute taxi ride with on-site taxis always available or local bus service) should you wish to head to Sunny Beach and sample some of the numerous bars and clubs on offer (beware of the 50p beer with 2 for 1 at happy hour!!).
The apartment is a fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with an open plan living/dining room and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is fully furnished to a high standard and is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay here an enjoyable one. The apartment has a pool view with a sea view from the terrace. It is situated on the ground floor at a mezzanine level with very easy access to the swimming/wave pools and playgrounds which will prove very useful for keeping the kids happy!
There is gated access to the fittingly titled ‘Paradise Beach’ located directly in front of the complex. The facilities available in the ‘Grand Resort’ are outstanding and include 18 swimming pools (one is a wave pool & 3 for kids), a Jacuzzi pool and massage service, fitness club & sauna, 4 restaurant/bars, 2 supermarkets, hair dresser, beauty centre, medical centre, car hire office, internet facility, 2 Tennis courts/football fields and 13 playground areas (swings, slides & climbing frame - situated close to the pools and built on rubber safety mats). The complex can only be accessed through manned security gates so personal security for you and your family is guaranteed.

The Black Sea Coast region
The region is a magnificent combination of sea, beach, forest and mountain slopes and provides spectacular views of the mountains whilst relaxing on the beach.
Sunny Beach / Elenite area
St Vlas is the nearest village to the complex and can be seen across the bay from the apartment. St Vlas is a beautiful coastal village that has developed into a modern beach destination during recent years, with brand new hotels and tourist infrastructure. There are 3 blue flag beaches that are safe for children and also a new marina. Jet ski and banana boat hire is available on Paradise Beach near the complex and in Sunny Beach itself. The area is quieter than Sunny Beach itself making St Vlas the perfect place for a relaxing daytime before heading off to Sunny Beach for the nightlife. It also proves the ideal destination for couples and families with children or people wishing to escape from the noisier resorts, yet with easy access to them if and when desired.
Sunny Beach Area Sunny Beach is just that, an eight kilometer stretch of fine white sand which gently slopes into the warm crystal sea that has been awarded the international Blue Flag award. Original sand dunes to the south and with the beach averaging between 30 and 60 meters wide, it’s a haven for those who wish to spend lazy days soaking up the sun. Apart from the magnificent beach with varied beach sports and water-sports, there is an abundance of shops, bars, disco’s, restaurants and market stalls. Also on offer are many activities including: surfing, water skis and parachutes, jet-skiing and banana boats, go-karting, hang-gliding, sailing, yachts, paddle boats, scooters, rowboats, tennis courts, beach volleyball, play grounds, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling, riding ground, fitness halls, and aqua parks to name but a few! The old town of Nessebar, a Unesco protected site, is well worth a visit.
How to get there
The international airport of Bourgas is a 25 to 30 minute drive away and is served by international carriers and charter airlines from throughout Europe. Varna airport is a little further away but is just as easy to get to. If you require transfers to and from the airport, please let us know upon booking the apartment and this can be arranged for you. There is regular bus transport from Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Bourgas to St. Vlas, and plenty of taxis are available throughout the whole region although always agree the taxi fare before travelling. Car hire is available at the airport if required. Follow the signs to Sunny Beach and then continue to St. Vlas. The complex is on the main Elenite/St. Vlas/Sunny Beach road on your right coming form Sunny Beach.

Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required upon booking and must be paid within 3 days of confirmation. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure or paid in full if the booking is made within the 8 week period. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required with the balance and will be returned within 14 days of your return once the letting agents have found everything in order to the inventory.
Cancellations before 6 weeks will result in the loss of deposit. Cancellations within 4 weeks will result in the loss of the total balance. The facility is a shared complex and we cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the management facility within Panaroma Fort Beach. The maximum occupancy is 4 persons
