The Black Sea Coast region

Further details indoors: The Villa has been designed to be a home from home holiday experience with all the facilities you would expect to find at home included. Sleeping a maximum of 6 people, the spacious 141sq mtrs of living space makes it ideal for couples or families alike. Luxuriously furnished every detail has been considered to make sure your stay is a relaxing one. Downstairs a fully furnished lounge area includes satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, a double sofa bed, dining room to seat 6, well equipped kitchen, utility area, storeroom and toilet. A terrace area is accessed via 2 doorways and furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. As well as benefiting from hot and cold air conditioning, a log fire is situated in the living room which is ideal for winter visits.
Upstairs the Villa offers a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (including both bath and shower) and a second double bedded room with en-suite wet room. Both bedrooms benefit from satellite TV’s and share access to a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing on with a glass of wine and enjoying the views down to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. A storeroom is situated next to another small balcony that faces out to the rear of the property.
Further details outdoors: The Almond Hill development has 41 properties spaced throughout its landscaped gardens that lead down to a large communal swimming pool. There is also a shop, bistro, bar and 24 hour on-site security and is car free with secure car parking to the rear.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
