Bluemarine Complex is new for Summer 2007 and has excellent facilities. The Penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessed via lift or stairs. The penthouse is fitted and furnished to a very high standard, and is air conditioned. There are 2 balconies, one is south facing overlooking the swimming pool, the other leads out from the bedroom and looks out over the mountains. Patio furniture is supplied for you to relax and take in the fantastic views and beautiful sunsets.

The Black Sea Coast region
The natural conditions favour bathing and basking in the sun from May through October. The average daily temperature in July and August is 27°C, water temperature 24°C. Besides the must-see old town of Nessebar, situated to the south of Elenite, the Emine cape to the north - which together with Kaliakra is the most popular Bulgarian Black Sea cape among visitors - is also a beautiful sight.
Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
Sunny Beach is on Bulgaria’s Black Sea, it’s the largest resort and has a fantastic 8km Blue Flag sandy Beach. At the beach an array of activities are available including paragliding, water skiing and volleyball.
The apartment is in South Sunny Beach, and is a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach. This perfect location is within easy access to the hustle and bustle of the resort with its vast array of shops, bars and great nightlife and is only a 20 minute walk away. The tourist trains run from early morning until late at night taking you to the centre of Sunny Beach and the World Heritage Town of Nessebar which offers traditional architecture, cobbled streets and fabulous fish restaurants.
There are 2 Aqua Parks nearby also restaurants, bars and shops within 2 minute walk from Bluemarine. Excursions are also available.
This is definitely a “Value for money” holiday, your money will go a very long way. A perfect holiday for everyone young and old.
