This apartment in the new complex "Sunset Beach 4" is situated near to all services, but still in a calm district, so you can have a good night's sleep. The famous restaurant Djannys and the biggest shopping street is only 150 meters away and you can walk to the waterpark "Aquapark" in 5 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The apartment is a big studio 45 m², has 2 windows and is well situated on the 5th floor at the gable of the building. It's fully furnished with kitchen equipment, towels and linen. There's a safe in the room and cable TV. Balcony with table and chairs.
The swimming pool has a jacuzzi and a part for children.

The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny Beach is the biggest and most popular resort in Bulgaria with the largest and widest beach strip consisting of fair sand and beautiful dunes. The climate is Mediterranean, warm to hot, dry summers and mild to cool, wet winters. The most popular visiting months are July and August, but the season starts in May and extends until the beginning of October. June and September are good for visiting, the weather is warm like the water in the Black Sea and it's not so crowded with people.
Eating here is indeed a pleasure, there are over 130 restaurants serving a lot of different menues. You must try the bulgarian dishes, expressely "Kavarma" and "Bansko Special" and to drink the local wines, good and cheap!
The Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
There's a lot of things to do here. If you just don't want to spend all of your holiday lying on the beach, why not try
some bowling, minigolf, go-kart, para-sailing, paint-.ball, maybe have a tattoo or whatever you want to do.
You can rent a car and go sightseeing, visit Bourgas or Varna and the rural area is not far away. Just drive 5 minutes straight into the country and you are in the middle of a small village where you can see real bulgarian life.
To visit the Old Nessebar is a must, a beautiful ancient little town only 5 minutes away by car. A lot of restaurants, old houses, 40 churches, some only remainings though, a harbour, a beach and a lot of shops and bazaars. Beautiful place!
If you like waterparks you can choose between "Aquapark" (walk in 5 minutes) or the new "Aqua Paradise" by the mainroad near Nessebar

The comunication with the owners is been excellent,Majlen(Jerry's wife) is been excuisite and she made evrything possible to make my stay comfortable.Very satisfied with the studio itself,exactly as described,nice and tidy once arrived,and at mid-term of my stay,a cleaning session is been organized by Majlen for me for free.I couldn't recommend this studio and owners better!Thanks again for everything! |
