The Black Sea Coast region

Situated 1 mile from the busy resort of Sunny Beach, the apartment was completed in January 2007, it is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room. From 1 balcony you can enjoy stunning sea views, whilst the balcony at the end overlooks a marvellous swimming pool. The kitchen/dining area is very much open plan, with television, DVD/CD, and all the comforts required for a fantastic holiday experience. 24 hour security and parking and staff/management ensuring the upkeep of the complex. Most importantly the fabulous beach and bustling pedestrian promenade full of shops, bars, restaurants and loads of water sports are near by.

The Sunny Beach area

The resort Sunny Beach is perched at 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its six-kilometers-long beaches reach as far as Nessebar to the south and St.Vlass to the north. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May through to September and an average daily temperature in summer of 30C makes it preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole spectre of services as well as plenty of entertainment for the children, with water parks close by. A comfortable transfer time of less than 30 mins from Bourgas airport.
