Spacious, brand new apartment for 2007. Good views to the resort and the 2 pools. The Centre of Sunny Beach can be very noisy but this apartment is located just far enough to avoid the noise and yet within walking distance of all amenities.

The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny beach is famous for its perfect clean sandy beaches with beautiful clear warm sea, offering a wonderful holiday for family and couples alike. The resorts is within easy access to Bulgaria's many inland attractions, which include Roman ruins, ancient castles and monasteries, and vineyards. For sightseeing you can hire a car or bike, or take a small train, which can take you through the whole complex of Sunny Beach by the sea alley and will lead you to the famous town of Old Nessebar.
The best time to visit this area is between May and October, outside this period the resort is very quiet.

There are lots of restaurants, night clubs, shops, disco, cafes, aqua park facilities, swimming pools, banks, chemists and many shops nearby. There are also tavernas with evening folk-shows, casinos and night club shows. Water Sports includes surfing, water skis, parachutes, hang-gliding, banana boats, sailing, yachts, paddle boats, cutters, scooters, rowboats, tennis courts, beach volleyball, playing grounds, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling, riding ground, fitness halls, sports tournaments for amateurs and professionals.
Children love the area - plenty of fun and games, children pools, slides, climbing frames, go-karting, horse riding, quad bikes, motorised scooters, inflatable trampoline, sport schools etc.

Further details indoors: Everything is brand new. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge. The apartment is open plan with double doors leading to the large bedroom with double bed. From the bedroom you walk into a large fully tiled bathroom with very spacious shower. There is a separate toilet near the entrance of the apartment and also a separate double wardrobe for extra clothes in the hallway. This apartment is finished to the highest standards for a Bulgarian resort.
Further details outdoors: Spacious south-west facing balcony with clear views of the pools and resort. Great place for entertaining or relaxation in the late afternoon.

Thank you again for all you have done for us prior to travelling and the constant cheerful communication. We really appreciate the rental of your property and were astounded at how perfect it is- the pictures don't do it justice! We were so stunned with how modern and well finished the apartment is, as well as the building. The swimming pools were perfect- we enjoyed many a sunny day there. The people were fantastic- management, cleaners, bar staff, lifeguard, security- all so friendly and helpful. We found the apartment to be the perfect distance form the main busy part of Sunny Beach- an ideal distance for a stroll home after dinner. KELLY HOLCOMBE
Just a quick note to thank you for use of the apartment, absolutely fantastic location, just out of the centre of Sunny Beach but close enough to 'dip in'. Really good size and well specified apartment in a development with two pools that more than cater for the number of apartments. Most of all we really appreciated the way the apartment was made ready for us to use when we arrived on the Monday evening, obviously you have chosen your property management company well.
