A newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a gated community with 24 hour security. The internal courtyard with its recreational facilities and a swimming pool with a shallow end for children is completely isolated from the exterior sounds. There is a pool bar which serves drinks and snacks. The balcony , equipped with furniture is ideal for dining al fresco and has a view of the pool.
Central Plaza is in the heart of Sunny Beach, close to all amenities and only 0.5km from the sandy beach and watersports. Restaurants are many and varied offering Bulgarian cuisine to foods from around the world. Sunny Beach is ideal for families as there is ample to keep the children entertained and there are also cocktail bars and clubs which will satisfy those looking to party into the early hours. Situated at the end of Sunny Beach is the beautiful ancient town of Nessebar with its quaint cafes, shops and historical churches easily reached by taxi of ferry taxi from the beach.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Bulgarian Black Sea Coast covers the whole eastern boundary of Bulgaria, with its beaches covering approximately 130 km of the 378 km coastline.
Average summer temperatures are a pleasant 28 degress celcius with more than 300hrs of sunshine in July and August.
In addition to the white sandy beaches and the various watersports available, there are hundreds of places of interest along the coast, ranging from old pagan sanctuaries to ancient Roman and Greek remains and authentic cultural and historical monuments of the Bulgarian state.
Sunny Beach area
Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the Black Sea Coast and offers miles of sandy beach which boasts watersports, horseriding, bunjee jumping, trampolines, mini golf, fishing. Along its promenade you will find shops, bars, restaurants and fast food takeaway.
There is a waterpark which is a few minutes walk away from the apartment, although the best waterpark, in my opinion and that of my children, is in Nessebar, about a 5 minute taxi ride away. Old Nessebar is also a must to visit and try the seafood whilst your there in one of the many restaurants overlooking the sea.
The market selling anything from fruit and veg to clothes are excellent and are situated by a 2 minute walk from the apartment as is the supermarket, bakery and laundry amenities. I must not forget Djannys restaurant which is across the road from the apartment which offers excellent food and service at an excellent cost.
How to get there
Fly to Bourgas airport which is approximately 34 km (20 miles) from Sunny Beach. Taxis are readily available outside of the airport. Car hire is available at very reasonable rates from Sunny Car Rentacar - telephone: (+359) 88 561 4444/ (+359) 88 502 1111.
Flights are also available to Varna Airport with a 1hour 30 min taxi ride to Sunny Beach.
