These are two Self-catering apartments, both with two bedrooms in a modern Complex, which is in a prime position close to the local beach. They are situated on the first floor, and are next door to each other. This makes an ideal situation for families of up to 12 persons to be together in this Brand new complex. Access is by stairs or key elevator. However, if it's just one apartment you need, then you can book this instead, and will accommodate up to 6 people. Both apartments are totally air-conditioned and each has a fully fitted kitchen, which includes a cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and all other modern appliances. There is a flatscreen TV in each of the lounges, which has 64 channels of Cable TV - together with a Radio & Hifi System to play your favourite CDs. Apartment 2A has 2 balconies and has a corner position, Apartment 2B is slightly smaller and has 1 balcony. All balconies to BOTH apartments are South-facing, and therefore enjoy all-round sun during the day.
The location of the complex is ideal for visiting Sunny Beach Centre, or alternatively the quaint Town of Nessebar, and is situated on the Black sea coast. It is ideal for all ages, especially families who like a sunshine holiday close to the Beach.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea Coast is a relatively new resort on the Eastern side of Bulgaria. It has literally miles and miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches. To the North is the city of VARNA which still holds many historical buildings built when owned by the Russians just after the second world war. Travelling down the coastline there are many sites to see, including the very popular Dolphinarium, a must see for families with children. Further south is the main tourist resort of Sunny Beach. Continuing south we come to Nessebar, which is split into New Nessebar, and Old Nessebar, If you follow the coastline even further you come to the city of Bourgas. A very modern city with many fine parks and monuments. It too has its own beaches. The whole region enjoys beautiful sunshine with temperatures well into the 80's especially in the height of the summer season
Sunny Beach / Old Nessebur area
Sunny Beach is the real heart of the Black sea Coast. It has everything for young and old alike. Make sure you have a good pair of comfortable walking shoes, as you will walk from one attraction to the next in this very modern resort. There are oodles of shops for the ladies, Many bars and restaurants. Casinos, cabaret shows and dance clubs for the young at heart. The whole of the coastal resort boasts the finest beaches in Europe, but if you don't want to get sand in your shoes there are also many outdoor swimming pools open to the public. Golf and mini golf, fairgrounds, and total pedestrianisation make this ideal for children too. No traffic, just miles of modern tourist attractions. And if you don't want to walk, you can hire electric buggies or mini bikes. If you prefer a more laid back resort, why not take the road train a little south to the ancient town of Nessebar. This is spit into two. New Nessebar, boasts large shops, supermarkets and city type streets, whilst old Nessebar, has no traffic, just walk through its gates and wonder at the ancient buildings. There are many quaint shops, and antique dealers too, who will barter to give you what you want for a very good price. Then go and relax in one of the many fine restaurants with beautiful views overlooking the Black sea coast itself. Whatever food you eat, you will find it fresh, cheap and very well presented in this fine old town.
How to get there
Flights are to Bourgas Airport to the south of Sunny Beach, or Varna Airport to the North. Skytours, Thomson, Easyjet, and Balkan Airlines fly regularly to these airports. Transport to the apartments is a 20 minute drive from Bourgas Airport, and follows a very pleasant coastal route. Varna airport takes a little longer, but has many interesting sights on the way . Both trips follow the Black sea Coast to your destination. The cost of transfers to and from the airport is not included in the price. However, we will make arrangements if you require at pre-determined rates for you. Alternatively, if you wish to drive, we recommend booking your car hire direct from the airport through the Opodo website. They have many different priced vehicles, and give good value for money. We know - we ALWAYS use them.

Further details indoors: Both apartments have large windows and are light and airy. There are, however, blinds for privacy and to shut out the sun if necessary. There are chairs and tables where you can sit out on the balconies on warm summer evenings. The apartments are totally alarmed, and are very modern and well equipped to give place sittings and sleeping facilities for up to 6 persons each using the double sofa beds. The dining rooms both seat up to 6 people. There is a TV and Hi-Fi in each of the lounges. There are two air-conditioner units in each apartment which keep them at whatever temperature you like, using the remote controls. Other amenities include a washing-machine, cooker, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, iron and ironing board.
Further details outdoors: The complex has a superb outdoor swimming pool for use of apartment residents only, with umbrellas and loungers. There is a bar, some shops on the ground floor and a children's play area. There are 24 hour supermarkets nearby. The Complex enjoys 24 hour security. Just outside of the complex is a 'Road Train' which, for a very small price, is a fun way of going to the very heart of Sunny Beach and takes only around 10 minutes. Alternatively, the Road Train takes you to the quaint town of Nessebar in the opposite direction .Again - this takes around 10 minutes, and is a cheap and a fun way to travel. Alternative travel includes local buses, horse-drawn cabs, and taxis. Of course, if you want to take in the sun and sea air, then why not take a very pleasant walk. In 20 minutes you are in the very heart of Sunny Beach.

The costs shown are for EACH apartment. Multiply this by 2 when booking BOTH apartments. Each apartment will be clean and ready, with clean linen on your arrival. The prices shown do NOT include extra cleaning, flights or transport to and from the airport However, transfers can be arranged if so required, at extra cost, and can either be paid beforehand, or added to the cost of the apartments themselves.
Conditions
Please apply to the owners for a Booking form via the internet. This form will be sent within 7 days of request. A 50% deposit must be sent with the returned booking form, to secure the booking. Payment may be made either by cheque to the address shown on the terms and conditions list, which will be sent with the booking form. or by direct bank transfer. Alternatively, we accept payment in various currencies through Paypal. Once a deposit is paid and the apartments have been confirmed for the dates stipulated, no deposit will be returned. However, we will alter dates if possible where flights etc, may have been altered by the airlines. All balances MUST be paid within 4 weeks of the booking start date.
