Almond Hill is a complex of only 41 exclusive high quality villas, of which we own three, one for our own holiday home and two as investment rental properties. Each villa has its own garden with a lawn and patio area ideal for BBQs.

These are real villas. You need to beware as Bulgarian developers tend to name everything as ‘villas’ when in fact they are only apartments.
Our villas deliver that extra luxury that an apartment cannot offer.
The furnishings are of high quality and the villa is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen consisting of oven, double hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, Safe, a BBQ set, Satellite TV DVD, music centre, patio set and sun loungers.

Almond Hill lies 2 miles behind Sunny Beach Resort. It is situated on a hillside which gives stunning panoramic views of Sunny Beach and the surrounding countryside.

Burgas airport is 25 minutes away by car and airport transfers by taxi are cheap.

Almond Hill resort will give you peace and tranquility on the complex with easy access to the lively Sunny Beach resort so you really do have the best of both worlds, within 5 minutes you can be in the centre of the resort.

The complex is fully secure with 24 hr security and is very safe for children and there is a shop and cafe on the complex for your convenience.

Unless you want to visit the surrounding area there is no need to hire a car as there is a reliable hourly bus service into Sunny Beach Centre that runs till midnight.

There is a world of things to do in and around Sunny Beach from Go-Karting, Boat trips, Horse riding, carriage rides, jeep safaris, fishing trips, quad bikes, traditional Bulgarian Nights, banana boats Jet skis, pedalos, IMax Cinema, Simulator Rides and Bungee Jumping and para-gliding to name but a few
You have a choice of 2 modern water parks to choose from water parks close to Sunny Beach that are well worth visiting.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Bulgarian Black Sea coast offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, Sunshine, golden sand beaches with
clear water and pleasant summer temperatures of around 26°.
There are water sports and numerous forms of entertainment for you to enjoy in this modern seaside resort along with good cooking
and good wine, while just 10 minutes away there are the historic sights of the 13th century fishing village of Nessabar with its
old buildings and cobbled streets. In the tourist centres, inexpensive handmade articles such as fine crochet works, knitwear,
pottery, wood-carvings and paintings abound and are reasonably priced.

Food and drink is very cheap and is of excellent quality. A family of 4 can eat out for less than £10.00 including drinks. To give you an idea, a large beer is around 30p.

Nessabar is 10 minutes from Sunny Beach and is a complete contrast to it. It is a quaint old historical13th century fishing village and sits on cobblestone streets with delightful antique shops, restaurants and boutiques. This is a must visit.
