The property is suited to people wanting to experience the ample night life in Sunny Beach as well as people wanting to relax. There is a fantastic restaurant and bar on the complex and there are all types of restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.

There is a bus stop virtually outside the complex which provides transport to the city of Bourgas and the quiet traditional village of Old Nessebar.

The location really does provide the best of all worlds with numerous excursions and free bus to the water park all available just across the road.

The Black Sea Coast region

The summer months are very hot 30 - 40 deg, and although this is a very up and coming area the cost of eating and drinking out are really low. For example you can buy 2 pints of local beer for under one pound. There are loads of different bars and as many different places to eat and despite the high quality it is still difficult to spend over 15 pounds on a meal for 2 (with drinks).

Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area

The apartment is ideally situated within easy walking distance of the beach and the main Sunny Beach resort. It also benefits from having a bus stop virtually outside the complex, which means trips to Varna, Bourgas and the breath taking old town of Nessebar coudn't be easier.

The local taxis run excursions to Istanbul, traditional Bulgarian markets and towns, as well as horse riding and jeep safaris.

The water park is 15 minutes away and the free bus can be caught outside the apartment.

The beach is 5 minutes away (by foot) and boasts all the usual activities, Jet Ski, Para Gliding, etc

How to get there

-Fly to Bourgas Airport - Severena is just half an hour from the airport
-The local buses are less than 2 lev and run every 20 minutes
-Car hire is available at the airport
-There are always local taxis - fare should be no more than 40 lev

The pool side is literally a few strides away.
