This is a smaller complex in Sunny Beach in a quiet area, but within a 5 minute walk from all the attractions. The apartment has two balcony's, one facing the pool, which is great as you have the sun all afternoon. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for someone with walking difficulties. The apartment's fully fenced garden makes it safe for kids. It has air conditioning/heating in the bedroom and living room, cable TV.

Sunny Beach, the largest holiday resort on the Black Sea coast is a bearer of the prestigious BLUE FLAG prize and is situated 36 km north of Burgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna. It numbers over 120 hotels, erected in long and wide lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. The wide semi-circular bay facing east boasts an 8 km long, 30 - 60 m wide beach which is generally regarded as the best beach along the coast and stretches as far south as Nessebar.

Fly to Bourgas airport which is 20mins from the apartment by taxi.

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, Shelf unit, wardrobe and bed side tables. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with two sofa beds, one single and one double, which is very handy if you have three kids, no need to pay extra, for two bedrooms.
Further details outdoors: Sunny Beach is a lovely lively place with lots to do for any age group. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and nightclubs for everyone to enjoy.
When changing your money to levs (the bulgarian local currency) always make sure that a bank is used and don't change from anyone on the street as the bank always have better rates.
Conditions
The prices are for the apartment per week not per person, they include everything: sheets, towels, electric etc.
There is a £100 refundable breakages deposit. Returned a week after departure when property has been checked.
26 Euors £25.00 will also be charged for cleaning. This charge applies whether your stay is one week or two weeks.
A £50 non refundable deposit is payable for every week booked. The balance must be paid 5 weeks before your arrival. If your holiday is less than 5 weeks away (the full amount must be paid when booking).
Cancellation Charges:
35 days 20% 15 - 35 days 30% 7 - 14 days 50% Less than 7 days 100% If the booking has to be cancelled by us for some reason, there will be a 100% refund.
