The Villa Clairanna is beautifully built and well deserving of its premier elevated status on the complex of Villas Montemar.
The villa has an exceptionaly large south-facing sun terrace with garden , attracting the sun all day long until sunset. The main lounge opens onto the private garden and terrace which is perfect for lazy b`bq days...This is one of the very few villas that offer excellent outdoor space.... Sun-loungers , patio furniture and bbq have been added for extra comfort to unwind after a long hectic day at SunnyBeach...or Nessebur.
The extra high 10` ceilings and feature fireplace add to the elegance and ambience of this beautiful villa.
In order to make travel lighter,this villa has been equipped to provide a luxurious stay for families with young children. You will find a travel cot, high chair, push chair with sun canopy,bottle sterilizing unit , baby carrier, ( all of which is stored away unless needed).
To keep the older children entertained , there is a vast array of toys and board games with PLAYSTATION 2 and games.There is also an extensive DVD library for adults and children alike. A music station is also provided in order for clients to relax to their own choice of dvd music. We have even added life vests, rubber rings and pool toys etc.,
The complex is set in attractive and mature gardens which are maintained to a very high standard. It is also protected with 24hour video security system. with each villa equipped with a personal alarm system and safety deposit box.
The international resort of Sunny Beach is only 2km away and can be reached on foot, but there is a private mini bus shuttle system in place which runs in and out of Sunny Beach on a regular basis, a private taxi on-site and there is also a public bus stop only 500mts from the complex. . You will not find accommodation of this standard any closer to the beach. The beach is accessed at the more up-market north end just at Victoria Palace . There is a local shop for everyday needs and the nearby facilities of our sister apartment complex can be availed of - the mini bus runs between both complexes. Restaurant, bar, internet access and supermarket etc are all avaialve here.
The private mini-bus shuttle can also transport guests to the ancient town of Old Nessebur or the newly built Marina in St. Vlas. Car hire is also available on-site for those of you who wish to explore the Black Sea coast.

The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny Beach has the privilege of being one of the few beaches in Europe that can boast and Eastern Sea Horizon. As day breaks, the sun rises over the water and it is a widely known fact that rays of the low sea sun are particularly useful to health and tone.
The beaches are truly magnificent stretching from the green of the Balkan mountains to the ancient and picturesque town of Nessebar.
Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
Kosharitsa is a typicaly Bulgarian village - 2km from Sunny Beach. A private bus will transport you to the hussle and bussle of this very large and lively resort by day and night. Appx 4 min. drive. The horseriding centre of Sunny Beach is within walking distance of Villas Montemar.
Numerous excursions are available, including trips to the most famous nightclub shows. Old Town Nessebar is appx 5 min drive from Sunny Beach, or can be accessed by Sea Taxi from the main beach area. This fabulous ancient town is an abundance of life. The narrow cobble stoned streets with gable houses unwind, revealing local restaurants, markets, museums etc., making the perfect backdrop for wonderful photography.
With a history dating back some 2`500 years, the old quarter is under a preservation order as a living museum. The town houses some 40 churches from different periods of history.The ambience of this town is electric.

Fly to Bourgas airport- Bourgas is appx 20 km from Sunny Beach/Kosharitsa resort Taxi can be pre arranged or just grab one at the airport - recommend pre-arrange Wizz Air fly cheaply from Luton airport - British Airways - XL airlines. Hemus Air.

Hi Maria,
Just home and we want to let you know that everything was great - The Villa was well presented - very spacous and well equipped as promised - there was great indoor and outdoor space and we made good use of it all. Thanks for the dvds - games etc., Mila was very helpful to us, we had a little accident and she translated our medication etc., for us....... Huban was good - he brought us to Khans Tent and was back for us right on time.
Khans Tent - great night out....... Hunters - great night out - Wednesdays and Fridays are Bulgarian Wedding night - so you get free entertainment all night. `Jolly House`in the Village of Korsharitza was a great inexpensive night out with good food and drink.
The local bus service was very regular and cheap. Car would only be needed if you wanted to explore more off the beaten track. Did not use the mini-bus shuttle at all - we didn`t need it.....so I cannot comment....
The swimming pool was spotless - cleaned every day - a big plus for this........
In short, we had a great time at your villa - would we come back ???? DEFINITELY...... The complex is a great place to make new friends.... Thanks once again for all of your help.....

Just to let you know that your villa made fantastic holiday accommodation for us - we really noticed the little things that make all the difference in the world. It is perfectly located on the complex with great outdoor space.... The complex is quiet and relaxing - perfect for families. Swimming pool was spotless - we used it a lot.....
We made great friends from near and afar - the children made great friends and everyone was happy - just want to let you know that I met with people that wanted to book your villa but missed it - I showed them around it and they were gutted....... They travel there each year and have promised themselves to get in early for next year - just thought you would like to hear that......... I loved showing off your villa - absolute home from home - it is a credit to you....... What we loved about it was the fact the there was a space for everyone - Eamon likes to sit in the shade from time to time and the small overhang on the villa provided lovely shelter - I love to bake and I was able to do that, just right next to him... Silly things do make a difference....
We took the local bus to the village of Korsharitza - first impressions were not good - but we went back and we loved it....... Quite humble and basic - very cheap - so I would highly recommend that your guests jump on the bus and stock up with their groceries from here........Slashed prices compared to the supermarkets at Sunny Beach. Great wee local restaurant called Jolly House - good food and very cheap. Fifteen of us ate and drank all night for 100 levs.......... TRUTH...... ( told you we made lots of friends)....... Hunters restaurant was good too, but it was a little more expensive........
LOVED THE PLACE MARIA - we were so glad that we were not in the middle of Sunny Beach, because really, it was just too hectic and noisy........ I work very hard and my holidays are precious, this was a perfect holiday for us and I will highly recommend your villa to all of my friends and all of my own clients at home.... We will be going back out to meet with people that stayed in Villa RoseNally - a couple from Birmingham who had kids our own kids ages - we got on great and we would like to make a habit of it....
