Enjoy the PRIVACY of this premier one bed `FRONT LINE` beach apartment, furnished to a very high standard providing a most comfortable stay for the more discerning holiday maker.... ideally situated on the 3rd floor which is accessed by lift , this block is one of the smallest and most private on the complex.... You will enjoy the sun from mid- day till sunset on the large balcony, which overlooks the boating marina and boasts uninteruppted views of Old Nessebar. Enjoy the view of ships and boats of all descriptions as they pass regularly. The apartment is fully airconditioned and well equipped for a self catering holiday.
The complex has everything to offer young and old alike. There is a small fishing marina, ocean front whirlpool jacuzzi, fitness centre, sauna, beauty centre, high speed internet, tennis courts. Numerous adult swimming pools, numerous children's pools, including a very large wave pool, mini golf and children play areas dotted throughout the complex. There is also a `Winnie the Poo` Kids centre where you can leave the children for a few hours as you choose. Bicycles for hire on site for 3 lev per hour.... There are restaurants and a mini market on site along with rent-a-car. The restaurants offer excellent cuisine at very reasonable prices. Alternatively you can dander up the beach and use one of the local beach tavernas or the `boat restaurant` at Privilege Fort Complex. There are many beautiful restaurants in St.Vlas and along the marina.
At the Marina you will enjoy excellent cuisine and entertainment of every description from the various front line restaurants - a must do evening or two.... The sun set can be enjoyed while you dine, with entertainment continuing into the night..... You will mix with the elite of Sunny Beach.
The Royal Park Hotel which is only a short walk up the beach host a beautiful water park, mini golf,beach facilities etc., ------------ You can eat and drink all day long at a cost of 45 lev adult price or 25 lev for waterpark only.
You can also catch the sea taxi from the main pier which will take you across to Old Nessebur.
All Fort Noks complexes are renowned in Bulgaria and are exceptionally well run, As well as excellent public transport passing the complex regular, Marina View run their own mini bus shuttle in and out of Sunny Beach. The service runs every 40 mins to Sunny Beach, stopping at the Marina. They also run their own own private taxi service which is very well priced in comparison to local taxis.
The quaint village of St. Vlas is only a short distance by local bus, or taxi. The Miami restaurant offers excellent cuisine and entertainment and if you book one day in advance, they offer a typical Bulgaria evening at a cost of 30 lev per person - the village is buzzing with local shops and bars.
The complex also offers every type of excursion available - just ask at reception for details.

The private beach is a must for high season, it is quiet and spacious with watersports readily available. The black sea coast boasts both sun rise and sun set and this beach will provide a truly wonderful and rejuvinating holiday experience.
Because this complex is privately owned and hosts an array of swimming pools, you are guaranteed comfort and relaxation without the hassle of overcrowding. I have also provided my own sun loungers with matresses for the pools..... The private beach is a must during high season - Sunny Beach is simply overcrowded.

The Black Sea Coast region
Set in a great combination of sea, beach, forest and mountain air offers a beautiful location and healthy climate. Nessebar Old Town can be reached by water taxi. Marina View is appx 6 kms from the busy Sunny Beach area and 1km from St Vlas and the new Marina.
The local bus service is excellent, but the complex offer their own mini-bus service to Sunny Beach and back and they also run private taxis which can take you to where ever you wish to go at reasonable prices.
Sunny Beach / Elenite area
Sunny Beach is the most lively resort along the Black Sea Coast. All outdoor activities are available, such as water ski-ing, jet ski-ing,banana boating,wind surfing, sailing. Beach buggies are avialable for hire very cheaply which is a novel way of exploring the resort. Busy markets unfold street after street. Numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs provide entertainment for all ages. Whilst the numerous aqua parks which are dotted throughout the area and provide an excellent form of entertainment to the children. Sunny Beach has the privilege of being one of the few beaches in Europe that can boast and Eastern Sea Horizon. The beach is truly magnificaent, stretching from the green of the Balkan mountains to the ancient and picturesue town of Nessebar.Old town Nessebar has a history dating back some 2`500 years. It is under a preservation order as a living museum town, housing the remains of some 40 churches from different periods of history. Superb opportunities for photography and painting exist here with the narrow cobbled streets and gabled houses making Nessebar and ideal place for guests looking for the typical Bulgarian town which sweeps down to the quaint fishing bay.
Prices are still very attractive with an evening meal for two with bottle of wine costing as little as £8. Pint of beer will cost anything from 30p - 50p depending on the area. The shopping is excellent with an array of local markets and the more exculsive Royal Park Mall which is located just off the main shopping promenade.

After retuning from Sunny Beach, I was glad to have taken your apartment - it was like a little slice of heaven . Just to let you know that everything went perfectly well. Arranged taxi transfers were perfect and provided us with peace of mind. Our holiday experience was wonderful and I would be glad to return. Many thanks for all of your valuable advice on places to visit and things to do, it was much appreciated. The evening bus home was quite hectic for us, so we opted for the on-site taxis - they provided us with their cards which was very helpful indeed.
