Our ground floor studio apartment is furnished to a high standard, Panorama Fort Beach is a self contained resort with direct access to a beautiful private sandy beach with sunbeds, pedalos, and beach cafe's etc. There are excellent facilities, this resort is suitable for families and couples.
It is approximately 5km from Sunny Beach where you will find an array of Bars, Restaurants, nightclubs, children's activities and mini golf. There are a number of different excursions that you can go on, including a 2 day trip to Instanbul, a trip to a traditional Bulgarian village and much more...

The Black Sea Coast region
St Vlas is a beautiful village and is just minutes away from the resort. You will not have a problem finding traditional Bulgarian restaurants and bars and also pleanty of local shops, The famous Sunny Beach resort is only 5 minutes away by taxi or bus, here you will find an abundance of shops where you can buy locally made items and this is a good place to buy your gifts and souvenirs. Ther are endless restaurants and bars which are open throughout the day and night. You can spend your days either shopping, sightseeing or relaxing on the beach or next to one of the thousands of pools. If you still have lots of energy there are numerous night clubs that are open until morning. In fact you can party 24 hours a day. If you have young children to keep entertained you will not be short of ideas. Some of the activities include mini golf, trampolines, children's pools, simulators in fact everything you could possibly want to entertain the whole family. There is a regular bus service that stops outside the resort, or there is a 24 hour taxi service. If Sunny Beach is too busy for you there is always the beautiful village of Nessebar, Nessebar is a short taxi ride from the resort and offers a different atmsphere. You will step back in time with old churches and traditional old Bulgariam houses. The streets are cobbled and you can have your portrait painted by one of the many street artists. You can choose to either spend your days relaxing in the resort next to one of the pools, where there are restaurants, a shop and just a short walk to the private beach, or you can take the short ride into Sunny Beach where you will be entertained all day and night long.
Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
St Vlas is only a few km from The resort. The resort is called Panorama Fort because of it's magnificent views. Sunny Beach's long white sandy beach has won the blue flag award and stretching over 7km. The gently sea makes it ideal for young families and watersports.

There are some beautiful places to visit in this area, there is a bus stop outside the resort into Sunny Beach at regular intervals, and also taxis available on site which are very reliable and cheap. Food and drink is extremely cheap, a pint of beer is 40p, there were three of us eating out at excellent restaurants, three courses, wine and beers for about £5.00 per head. All Bulgarian food is home cooked and all restaurants will try their utter most to provide you with any thing that you want. The Bulgarian people are very friendly, especially with the children and will go out of their way to help you.
There is a waterpark nearby and tickets can be purchased from the resort. A bus will pick you up from outside the resort and drop you off at the park. There is also a riding school just minutes away from the resort.
Tickets can also be purchased from the resort for trips to Istanbul, boat trips and much more....
How to get there
The nearest airport is Bourgas, approx 30 minutes drive away, we can arrange taxi transfers for you if required. Flights available from most airlines. Taxi's are available 24 hours a day and can be booked from the resort. Car hire can be booked for you if required, but not necessary as the resort is close to all amenities. The local buses stop outside the resort, it is very cheap and runs all day.

Further details indoors: - The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a pull out single bed - ideal for small families. There is also a cot for hire for a small charge. The bathroom is fully tiled with a powerful shower and vanity unit with mirror and lights over. The apartment also has cable tv. - Children are welcome, non smoking only please. - All bedding included and air conditioning/heating throughout.
Further details outdoors: - Outside the property you'll find parking, tennis court, small terrace & 2 garden chairs. - The complex can offer a fax, fitness room, jacuzzi,sauna & sunbeds. Free use of the four pools, other facilities incur a small charge, e.g Sauna, gym, beauty room, Hairdresser, manicure & Pedicure, massage, football pitch, tennis court,sun loungers. There are two restaurants and one next door in the Marina Fort Beach, Internet Cafe, Supermarket, Bar, Children's Playgrounds. Access to private beach with facilities. - 4 pools, one with artificial waves, one with a waterfall and a 25m pool. In addition there are 2 pools for children with water attractions
Conditions
A £50 deposit secures the booking and is non-refundable on cancellation. Final payment is required 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakage deposit of £50 is required with the final payment and will be refunded on returning of the keys. We are on the ground floor but there are steps around the resort, and steps down to the beach
