Our 2 one-bedroomed apartments are situated directly next door to each other, on 6th floor, accessed easily by elavator. Both apartments are ideal for small & large families or for more than one family/party holidaying together. We provide a Welcome Pack for your arrival, containing all your essential items including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter and liquid refreshments. Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
Sunny Beach main resort and its neighbouring villages has many bars, places to eat and places of interest to visit. There are lots of activities for the kids, within the Hotel, and around the resort itself. Royal Beach Barcelo is situated one street across from the beach itself, which has a busy promenade with several restaurants, snack stalls, gift stalls and an array of watersports and amusement activities/entertainment. On your doorstep and all around the Hotel complex, there is an abundance of bars, restaurants, parks and entertainment for all.
The hotel/apartment complex is right in the heart of Sunny Beach and is part of the only Shopping Mall in Sunny Beach. Here, you will find a great variety of great shops, bars and restaurants, including KFC, Red Lion pub and Costa Coffee! For the kids, there is an indoor supervised, soft play area which allows you to enjoy some free shopping time - these are both payable locally!

Nesebar: A direct neighbour of Sunny Beach, is a fabulous place to visit with her abundance of restaurants and historical places of interests - accessible by Bus, taxi or boat, this beautiful place is a must see!
Nesebar is one of the oldest towns in Bulgaria. .The old quarter of the town, situated on the Nesebur Peninsula and linked to the mainland by a narrow neck of land, is declared an architectural and archaeological reserve.
Since antiquity to the present day there have been preserved sections of the fortified wall, towers, a gate, sanctuaries, inscriptions, reliefs.
The medieval churches are remarkable! A historical museum with branches - the archaeological exposition in St. John the Baptist Church and the mural paintings in St. Stephen Church. A Turkish bath (18th-19th centuries) and 3 windmills are still preserved.
The old town is included in the list of monuments of the world cultural and natural heritage compiled at UNESCO.
Sveti Vlas Has become famous in Bulgaria for it's wealthy image and is Sunny Beach's Southern next door neighbour. Boasting the fabulous Dinevi Marina, here, you will find a number of clubs and restaurants and where you will frequently see expensive cars such as Ferraris and Porsches! Like Nesebar, Sveti Vlas can be accessed rom Sunny Beach by Bus, Taxi or boat.
Sozopol This charming fishing village/tourist resort/art colony - one of Bulgaria's crown jewels, is located 34 kilometers south of Bourgas on a scenic rocky peninsula, Founded in 610 b.c. by Ionian Greeks from Miletus and named Apollonia in honour of their most adored god, this was the first coastal Greek colony to be established. It was a thriving and important place, trading with parent Miletus, Athens, and the Isle of Rhodes. T
Today the area is a favored haunt of artists, writers, and other contemplative types. It also serves as a regular stop-over for tour groups from the large beach resorts as well as being a favored playground for Bulgarians.
The small harbor is an interesting place to while away some time watching local fishermen bring in their small catches of popcheta, karagyoz, safrid and tsatsa, which they off-load to waiting buyers from area restaurants. The old town beach, nestled in a protected, horseshoe-shaped bay, generally offers shallower bathing and more amenities than the new town beach situated a kilometer or so to the south on the other side of the headland.
The National Revival period saw the building of typical Black Sea houses; ground floors of stone - generally used for storage - supported overhanging upper stories of wood, with protruding bay windows and sheltered eaves. Clustered along the narrow peninsula's cobblestone streets and alleys, some 45 houses are classified as cultural monuments.
The nearby island of Saint Ivan, Bulgaria's largest, contains the remains of a fortress and a 13th century monastery. Formerly a military installation it too is off-limits, at least in theory as local fishermen regularly stop off there; tourists willing to pay for the trip should have little trouble finding a ride over. Just east of St. Ivan is the small island of Saint George. Both islands serve as a scenic backdrop for patrons at the many restaurants and cafes which line the peninsula's rocky northern shoreline. Additionally, there are several small neighborhood chapels around Sozopol.
Apollonia Arts Festival - Named in honour of Apollo, god of music and poetry, is an annual ten-day arts festival held in early September. A half-dozen venues around town stage nightly performances featuring a variety of music, theatre, dance, cinema and other events, attracting both national and international talent.
Also right on your doorstep are new new villages of Elinite, & Ravda and both well worth a visit.

Generally, getting around is easy - either use the local bus services, boat or order your own Taxi/driver from Reception who will be happy to take you anywhere, for a price you should agree up front.
