About the home

The apartment has its own private patio and "English" style garden with garden furniture and on site swimming pool. I have only one apartment.
On a small complex of 24 apartments in 2 buildings in a quiet area of Sunny Beach, behind the Flamingo hotel at the St Vlas side of town.
Within a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the attractions.
A large ground floor apartment (71.61sq.m) with en-suite and another separate toilet with wash basin, sleeping up to 4 adults ( 2 adults in bedroom, 2 adults on bed settee in living room).
Prices include everything but airport transfers.
Free use of baby travel cot. A welcome pack can be arranged for a small charge.
This apartment is managed by an English company (for cleaning etc.).
Please bring your own beach towels.

A refundable damages amount of £100 or the euro equivalent is to be paid with the final balance.
Arrival time is after 14.00 departure time before 11.00 (unless special arrangements made).
To book a 20% deposit is payable and full balance 8 weeks before holiday.
Discount for long term rentals, but must be paid in advance.
Payments can be taken in euros or £(GB) with Internet banking, a bank transfer and a credit card or debit card through Paypal, (no cheques).
There will be a charge for paying with Paypal.
Airport transport from Bourgas (1 - 4 people one way) 60 Leva payable to the taxi driver.

The Black Sea Coast region

Bulgarians call the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria the "Front Garden of God". On the coast you will find more than 10 nature parks. In the coastal area you will find 300 hot water wells (600 in whole Bulgaria).
In the area of the Black Sea in Bulgaria you will find the beaches with fine pure white sands like Golden sands (north) and Sunny Beach (south).
The water in the Black Sea is far from black, its turquoise blue and has a temperature of 24 degrees in the summer. If you are lucky you can see dolphins swimming a long the coast
The seawater is not very salty because the whole Black Sea is surrounded by land and the only salt water that comes in the sea is coming from the river the Bosporus, who is the only connection with the Mediterranean Sea.The sea gradually goes deeper and there are virtually no tides so this makes it a perfect holiday destination for families.

The Sunny Beach area

Sunny Beach is the biggest and most popular summer resort, with the longest and widest beach strip. It lies some 35 km north from the city of Bourgas and benefits from fresh breeze and approx. 1,700 hours of sunshine from early May to late September. Thanks to this lovely combination the heat during the day is easy to bear and the nights are cool and pleasant.
Sunny Beach is a modern holiday destination with more than 100 hotels, 2 campsites and numerous places to enjoy your holiday: restaurants, taverns with folklore shows, nightclubs, casino, discos and cafes. Here you can enjoy water skis and parachutes, surfing, hang-gliding and banana, as well as sailing, yachts, paddle boats, cutters, scooters, rowboats. Available are also tennis courts, beach volleyball, playing grounds, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling, fitness halls, etc. For the children there is a wide variety of fun and games, children pools, slides, carting, water slide, inflatable trampoline, and Aqua Park. There are also special discounts for children, children's menus, 24-hour kindergarten, etc. All prices of food and drink are very reasonable.
Well worth a short 10 mins bus ride is Nessebar, a "World Heritage" site.

This is a lovely big one bed apartment with everything you need for a home from home holiday. There is plenty of room and the apartment is ideally situated away from the main strip, so lovely and peaceful at night. Personally I think this has to be one of the nicer apartments I've stayed in and would recommend it to friends and family.
