This apartment is on a small complex of 24 apartments in 2 buildings in a quiet area of Sunny Beach, behind the Flamingo hotel. Within a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the attractions. It has a 24hr security guard on duty. A large ground floor apartment (71.61sq.m) with en-suite and another separate toilet with wash basin, sleeping 4 adults & 2 children with FREE use of travel cot (bring your own bedding for this). Our apartment is cleaned and fresh linen delivered once a week. Free air conditioning/heating in the bedroom and living room, cable TV (only 1 or 2 English speaking channels) and DVD player. The apartment has its own private patio and "English" style garden with garden furniture and on site swimming pool. PRICES ARE FOR THE APARTMENT PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON! The Black Sea Coast region
Bulgarians call the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria the "Front Garden of God". On the coast you will find more than 10 nature parks. In the coastal area you will find 300 hot water wells (600 in whole Bulgaria). In the area of the Black Sea in Bulgaria you will find the beaches with fine pure white sands like Golden sands (north) and Sunny Beach (south). The water in the Black Sea is far from black, its turquoise blue and has a temperature of 24 degrees in the summer. If you are lucky you can see dolphins swimming a long the coast The seawater is not very salty because the whole Black Sea is surrounded by land and the only salt water that comes in the sea is coming from the river the Bosporus, who is the only connection with the Mediterranean Sea.The sea gradually goes deeper and there are virtually no tides so this makes it a perfect holiday destination for families.
Sunny Beach area
Sunny Beach is the biggest and most popular summer resort, with the longest and widest beach strip. It lies some 35 km north from the city of Bourgas and benefits from fresh breeze and approx. 1,700 hours of sunshine from early May to late September. Thanks to this lovely combination the heat during the day is easy to bear and the nights are cool and pleasant. Sunny Beach is a modern holiday destination with more than 100 hotels, 2 campsites and numerous places to enjoy your holiday: restaurants, taverns with folklore shows, nightclubs, casino, discos and cafes. Here you can enjoy water skis and parachutes, surfing, hang-gliding and banana, as well as sailing, yachts, paddle boats, cutters, scooters, rowboats. Available are also tennis courts, beach volleyball, playing grounds, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling, fitness halls, etc. For the children there is a wide variety of fun and games, children pools, slides, carting, water slide, inflatable trampoline, and sport schools. There are also special discounts for children, children's menus, 24-hour kindergarten, etc. All prices of food and drink are very reasonable. The cultural programme of the resort includes the popular Golden Orpheus International Festival for Bulgarian Pop Songs, folklore and symphony concerts, exhibitions, Miss Sunny Beach contest, etc. Short excursions and off-road adventures are organized on a regular basis.(There is a free shuttle bus to the Aqua Park nearby). Well worth a short 10 mins bus ride is Nessebar, a "World Heritage" site. WE HAVE AN "INFORMATION PACK" IN THE APARTMENT FOR NEW VISITORS TO THE AREA.
How to get there
The nearest airport to Sunny Beach is Bourgas which is 30kms away. Transport to the apartment from the airport can be arranged. Prices to Robinson Gardens from Bourgas airport £25 ( for up to 4 people one way ) £39 ( for 5 to 8 people one way ). Transfers from Varna airport can also be arranged at £58 (one way for up to 4 people) and £69 ( 5 to 8 people one way) THESE TRANSFER PRICES ARE JUST THE SAME AT 3am IN THE MORNING! There is a supplement for handing over and collecting apartment keys out of office hours if airport transfers are not booked through us.

Further details indoors: The living room has 1 double sofa bed (for adults) and 2 pull out single sofa beds (suitable for children), bed linen and towels are provided.There is FREE use of a travel cot for babies (please bring your own bedding for this). In the bedroom there is a large king size bed and leading off from the bedroom an en-suite bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra room with toilet and sink.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Late availability bookings must be PAID IN FULL into my bank account at least a week before arrival date. Payment must be made in £ (GB) Unless there is a special arrangement with me. The deposit/full amount MUST be paid within 7 days of booking enquiry to secure the booking. I can take credit card bookings through Paypal. (See details below).
The prices are for the apartment per week not per person, they include everything: sheets, (except for babies travel cot) , towels, electric etc. There will be a charge for handing over keys & collecting outside of office hours, unless the airport transfers are booked through us. A 20% booking deposit charge is payable if your holiday date is more than 8 weeks away, after 8 weeks the full balance is payable. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel your holiday. Any remaining balance is due to be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. There is a £100 refundable breakages deposit, to be paid with the final balance.

Payment can be made through Internet bank transfer or credit card (through Paypal online) or cheque, all currencies taken (3.4% charge for credit card booking, foreign currencies 3.9% ). I CAN SEND AN EMAIL BILL TO USE PAYPAL ONLINE, YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. ALL BREAKAGE DEPOSITS PAID WITH FOREIGN CURRENCY WILL BE REFUNDED THROUGH PAYPAL ONLINE.

This is a lovely big one bed apartment with everything you need for a home from home holiday. There is plenty of room for 6 and the apartment is ideally situated away from the main strip, so lovely and peaceful at night.
