The Almond Hill development is a landscaped gated 24 hour secured complex with car parking facilities. On site there is a mini mart. During the summer season a shuttle bus to Sunny Beach is provided for residents & guests.
The Villa is situated in the best position being front line of the complex so you could choose to relax by the pool with the loungers provided or on the patio of the villa which is just a stones throw away from the pool which also has a children's pool area.
There is plenty of outdoor eating opportunity with an area for BBQ or just have a quiet drink and meal around the supplied table & chairs.

The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny Beach is the Southern part of the Black Sea area.It offers great weather and a beautiful coastline.Having been many times I can tell you there is so much to see and visit .
During the day take the shuttle bus from the villa to Sunny Beach where you can enjoy the beach, the many bars, restaurants and shops.
The Sunny Beach coastline goes on for ages offering soft sand and great water.
There are excellent travel facilities including bus services which are very inexpensive or taxis which you need to negotiate with.
If you feel like a bit of touring go to ancient Nessebar only 20 minutes away.After sight seeing enjoy the many eateries and coffee outlets over looking the bay.
The Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
Kosharitsa is the village near the Villa which offers a different part of your holiday to Sunny Beach. Take a tranquil walk from the villa into the village where the restaurants are welcoming and offer local cuisine. Kosharitza is just a few steps away from the villa zone which as well as being a beautiful part of the area is quiet and a great break from the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach.
There is next to the complex a shop & cafe/bistro & also up the road 5 minutes away there is the The Hunters Lodge where local Bulgarian food is excellent and reasonably priced.
If you are feeling up to a bit of travel take a half an hour ride to Nessebar where you will see archaeological remains and also a street full of market shops and great coffee houses.Drink coffee and look over the beautiful bay and enjoy the view and the weather.
Staying at Kosharitsa gives you the best of both worlds the quiet tranquillity of The Coast with huge Villas and its own pools as well the fun and busyness of Sunny Beach.

Getting to the Almond Hill complex is extremely easy with flights into Bourgas.Taxis are available from the airport or you can order through my management company a private hire taxi.
The trip from Bourgas airport is just 40 minutes away.
You can also fly into Varna which is about one & half hours away.
Wizzair (www.wizzair.com) fly from Luton as well as other tour operators from Luton & other airports.
