Home description
Luxuriously furnished every detail has been considered to make sure your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable for all the family. Downstairs a fully furnished lounge area includes: satellite TV; DVD & CD player and a selection of DVD’s and CD's; plus a double sofa bed. The open plan dining area provides table and 6 chairs, a well equipped kitchen; utility area; storeroom and toilet are also located on the ground floor. An outdoor terrace/garden area is accessed from both the lounge and dining room doorways - table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. Indoor and outdoor games have also been provided for children of all ages. The villa has the added benefit of hot and cold air conditioning, a log fire is situated in the living room which is ideal for winter visits. Upstairs, Orchid Villa offers a main bedroom with a double bed plus en-suite wet room and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (including both bath and shower). Both bedrooms benefit from satellite TV’s and share access to a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing on with a glass of wine and enjoying the views down to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. A storeroom is situated next to another small balcony that faces out to the rear of the property.
Almond Hill now has a shop and bistro which opens from 8am - 8pm. The shop sells basic food including fresh bread which is delivered in the morning. It also sells water, juice, milk beer and wine and everything else you would expect to find at your local village shop.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Sunny Beach area boasts 8kms of golden sand and is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where you can still see authentic, well-formed sand dunes that preserve unique and unspoiled nature only found on this coast. The combination of forests, sandy beaches and sea provide a stunning backdrop to your Sunny Beach holiday.
From May through to September there are approximately 1700 hours of sunshine during which the average daily temperature is 27°C.
Just along from Sunny Beach you can discover the stunning cobbled town of Nessebar - which at over 2500 years old is one of the oldest towns in Europe. There you will find a unique and tranquil atmosphere that envelops the fantastic harbour fish restaurants, cafe’s and galleries. The town also features the remains of over 40 churches and Thracian ruins. Nessebar can be easily reached by bus, boat or mini train from Sunny Beach.
Day trips can also be made from Sunny Beach to Sozopol, Pomorie, Varna and even Turkey.
Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
There is a local bus which stops outside Almond Hill and takes you down to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Kosharitsa and costs just 20p a journey. Local taxis are also available.
Amenities in the area cover modern entertainment through to traditional folk spots, and include many restaurants, night clubs, bars with floor shows, disco's, casino's and cafes that cater for everyone young or old - whatever your taste. The area is also a shoppers delight with several large centres and lots of market stalls set up of an evening.
The local area also offers every conceivable opportunity for sporting activity including: surfing; water-skiing; sailing; banana boats; paddle boats; cutters; rowing boats; and on dry land: tennis courts; beach volleyball; playgrounds; mini-golf; skittle alley; 10 pin bowling; horse riding; fitness centres; sports tournaments; go-karting; scooters; parachuting and hang-gliding. If that isn’t enough to keep you busy, there are also two Aqua Parks - the first is just 5 minutes drive from the villa, the second recently opened at Ravda, is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
How to get there
There are charter flights direct to Bourgas and Varna between May and October from over 20 UK airports.

Conditions
Although we may fill all our bookings in the Summer, we may be able to accommodate you in a similar villa on the same complex. We have contacts for all owners on the complex should you be in a party of more than 6 people, we will try and accommodate in a villa next to ours.

We do require £50.00 breakages deposit that we will return to you immediately after your stay, and a £100.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking payable by Bank Transfer or Cheque.

This was out first time to Bulgaria and we loved it! Orchid villla was beautifully decorated, very spacious, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, a shop which sell everything on the complex. My wife loved the villa and the complex; and the kids loved the water parks. Bulgaria have really done their research from America. All the water parks had the queuing systems in the shade, you can load a cash key up with cash, so there isn't a need to carry a wallet around with you. This was locked away at the entrance along with other valuables. We got the minibus from the complex and this took us and picked us up from the water park. Great restaurants and bars on the sea front too. Have just returned home from Almond Hill. It was great to see more bars and restaurants open on the way to Almond Hill. Lovely hot weather again and even better now the resort shop is open.
