The apartment is located just 9 minutes walk through sand-dunes to the golden sandy beach at the southern end of the resort, five minutes from the nearest bars and restaurants, and is ideal for couples and families seeking a quiet and restful base from which to enjoy the resorts facilities. The large living/dining/kitchen area opens onto a generous sized balcony which overlooks the south -facing pool area, and the two bedrooms access a second balcony looking out over secluded woodland at the rear of the complex. Both balconies are provided with patio furniture.Note - this is an all-electric apartment - no gas!

How to get there
Fly to Bourgas Airport, approx 30km (25mins) from Sunny Beach, from May to October. To Varna Airport approx 95km (90mins) from Sunny Beach, throughout the year. Several charter airlines fly into Bourgas from May to October and flight only deals can be obtained on the tour operaters websites, ie. Thomson, Balkan, Thomas Cook and First Choice. Budget airline Wizz Air fly direct from Luton, and flights can also be sourced from the websites of Cheapflights,Dial A Flight, Skydeals, Which Budget, and Travelrepublic.British Airways fly into Varna all year round with very competitive rates.

Further details indoors: The apartment is entered through a spacious hallway from which access is gained to the two bedrooms, the family bathroom and the open plan living/dining/kitchen area.One bedroom has twin beds, the other having a king-size bed also has an en suite shower room.. Both bedrooms are fitted with dressing table and mirror, double wardrobe, and two bedside tables with reading lamps.A cot and highchair can be provided by prior arrangement at a modest additional cost. Airport transfers can be arranged for up to six people,both from Bourgas and Varna, please ask for details.
Further details outdoors: The complex has a reception office, large communal pool with pool bar, separate children's pool,restaurant, bar/coffee shop,shops and small supermarket. There is also limited secure on-site parking if required and 24-hour on- site security.
Conditions
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. £50 per week deposit due at time of booking.( Refundable subject to conditions.) Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. £75 deposit against breakages.( Refunded by post within 7 days of departure.) Tariff includes electricity, water and weekly cleaning and laundry change.

Transfers from Bourgas airport can be arranged at a cost of £25 each way for up to 4 people and £39 each way for up to 6 people.For transfers from Varna airport please enquire.
