Villa 13 Clara over looks the pool and has easy access, it is part of the Almond Hill development which is 3km from Sunny Beach and 2km from the village of Kosharitsa. It’s south facing hillside position commands panoramic views down towards Sunny Beach and Nessebar, and of an evening provides stunning sunsets. Sleeping a maximum of 7 people, a spacious 154sq mtrs of living space makes it ideal for both couples or families.
The Almond Hill development has 41 properties spaced throughout it’s landscaped gardens which share a large communal swimming pool. The site also has 24 hour on-site security and car park to the side and rear and easily accessible to all villas.
We are sorry but we do not allow pets of any description and smoking within the villa is strictly prohibited.
Although Bulgaria is now in Europe the Lev is still the currency used and not the Euro.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Sunny Beach area has 8kms of golden sand and is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where you can still see authentic well formed sand dunes that preserve the unique and unspoilt nature only found on this coast. The combination of forests, sandy beaches and sea provide a stunning backdrop to your holiday. From May through to September there are approximately 1700 hours of sunshine with an average daily temperature of 27 degrees.
There a numerous forms of entertainment in Sunny Beach including restaurants, night clubs, bars with floor shows, discos, casinos and cafes - catering for all.
There is every conceivable opportunity for sporting activity including surfing, water skiing, sailing, banana boats, paddle boats, cutters, rowing boats and on dry land, tennis courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, mini-golf and skittle alley, ten pin bowling, horse riding, go-karting, scooters parachuting and hand gliding. There are also two Aqua Parks the first five minutes drive from the villa the second recently opened at Ravda, and approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Just along from Sunny Beach you can discover the stunning cobbled town of Nessebar, which at over 2500 years old is one of the oldest towns in Europe. There you will find a unique and tranquil atmosphere that sits within the fantastic harbour fish restaurants, cafes and galleries. The town also features the remains of over 40 churches and Thracian ruins. Nessebar can be easily reached by bus, boat or mini train from Sunny Beach.
Day trips can also be made from Sunny Beach to Sozopol, Pomorie, Varna and even Turkey.
There is a local bus which stops outside Almond Hill complex and takes you down to Sunny Beach, time tables are available from the office and are normally posted on the bus stops, Nessebar and Kosharitsa or you can use the mini-bus. Fares are very cheap. Local taxis are also available, please always agree a price first 15-20 Lev as a guide,
Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
A ten minute walk from our villa takes you to Hunters Lodge, a beautiful traditional Bulgarian restaurant. Here you can enjoy a three course meal with wine for about £7.00 - £10.00 per person. Several evenings a week you can take in the traditional dancing, music and the famous "walking on hot coals" ceremony. and another ten minute walk on the right another bar/ restaurant with outside garden eating and drinking area, also a small area inside, good food and drinks,
0ne km further up the hillside is the actual village of Kosharitsa. The village has several shops and a bar/tavern and restaurant which are excellent.
How to get there
There are charter flights direct to Bourgas and Varna between May and October from over 20 UK airports. British Airways and Bulgaria Air fly all year round. Wizz air fly from Luton - Bourgas and Varna .We can arrange transfers for you from the nearby Bourgas airport (transfer time-30 minutes) and from Varna airport (transfer time-90 minutes). Whilst a car is not necessary, if you choose car hire it can be arranged through www.travelarchitect.com (extras). This site can also be used for UK airport parking, airport hotels, insurance and currency.

Further details indoors: Downstairs a fully furnished lounge area includes TV , DVD and CD player, dining room to seat 6,and a breakfast bar for 2, a well equipped kitchen, storeroom with a washing machine. a lower terrace/barbecue area is accessed via 2 doorways and furnished with table and chairs also 2 sun loungers. As well as benefiting from hot and cold air conditioning, a log fire is situated in the living room which is ideal for winter visits. However this will have to be pre arranged for delivery of logs, the villa has a safe and alarm system.
Upstairs this villa has 2 bedrooms both en suite and a extra bathroom downstairs all having showers, please note this villa does not have any baths, 3 people in one bedroom 2 single beds and a single sofa bed ideal for the children, Both bedrooms share access to a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing on with a glass of wine and enjoying the views down to Sunny Beach and Nessebar, there is another small balcony that faces out to the rear of the property.
Further details outdoors: The villa's terrace is furnished with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and free sun loungers available around the pool on a first come basis,Well maintained landscaped gardens surround the villa and the development has 24 hour on-site security. The site has secure car parking to the rear. only a short walk to any of the villas from the car park.

No all male/female parties or parties of guests who are under the age of 21 will be accepted. We know most of the other owners on our complex and if we are booked up for the dates you require please still give us a call as we will try and help you to find another villa.
