Lumpini Ville was completed in June 2006. It is in a quiet location of the city, but within easy reach of central Bangkok via the BTS (Sky train) located at nearby On Nut station.
Lumpini Ville is a village in its own rights. You could stay here only if you required. A beutiful swimming pool in a sunny spot beside the canal / river. With 4 restaurants, 2 shops (1 x 24hr) , 2 Laundrettes, 1 x Traditional Thai Massage shop, DVD rental shop, 2 x Hair dressers, Coffe shops, ATM's etc every thing you need is here.
24 Hour Security is provided, with electronic key card access to all areas. The grounds & gardens are well maintained, and a lovely community atmosphere exists here. A condominium site that really works well.

Bangkok is a thriving Modern Capital, with old Thai culture thrown in. Your first visit will not be your last!
Unlike any where in Europe, Thailand has its own unique & friendly culture, hence nicknamed 'The land of smiles'. Bangkok is where 10% of the population lives. It has great shopping malls, bowling allies, cinema's & restaurants as well as historic temples, palaces & places of interest.
Choa Phraya river is the main river that snakes it's way through Bangkok, and not far from Lumpini Ville. A boat trip is a must & a great experience.
Sukhumvit Road / On Nut area
Carefour is a 5 minute walk from Lumpini Ville. This is a great reference point to the taxi drivers, as they all know Carefour On Nut.
Carefour is a French version of Tesco. Western food can be purchased here, and on the ground floor there are Star Bucks & KFC restaurants.
Tesco - Lotus is then another 5 minute walk from Carefour. A huge site, with so much for sale, a good prices. On the ground floor Pizza Hut etc, but also great Thai food at cheap prices in the main eating Hall.
Also located here is BTS On Nut station. BTS (Bangkok Transport System) or sky train is the best way to get around in the day time, as the roads below are so busy. Cheap to use, and nicely ariconditioned, 10 minutes gets you to central Bangkok. Also with On Nut being the terminal station, the train leaves here empty. A seat is almost guaranteed, unlike stations further in.
How to get there
Lumpini Ville 77 is located on Sukhumvitt Road Soi 77 at On Nut, just a short walk from the On Nut BTS Station. Also 77 (On Nut Road) is the main road that leads to the new Survarnabhumi Airport. A taxi to or from the airport will cost around 150 baht (about £2.20) and will take about 30 minutes depending on the time of day & traffic.
Nana & Asoke are just 10 minutes away when using the BTS from On Nut day time, and at night time when the roads are empty, & the BTS is closed, a taxi back will take 10 minutes and only cost 70 baht (£1.20).

Further details indoors: The apartment / conodo is different than most in Thailand. It has 4 separate rooms: Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom & Kitchen. Most Condos are all one big room, with bedroom & kitchen all togehther. It is compact, but homely & works really well. It is decorated in modern Thai style.

A welcome pack is provided in the apparment to greet you. All tips on how to get around, how much to pay and what to see & do.
The swimming pool is shared, but as Thai people prefer not to sun bathe, week days you will find most of the time you have the pool to your self. Look at the photos!
At night you can walk and sit by the canal and watch the odd boat go by. Lovely,
Conditions
Smokers are welcome, but smoking only permitted outside on the balcony.
A smokers chair & ashtray are provided. Ideal for watching all the comings and goings from here.
