Lumpini Ville was completed in June 2006. It is in a quiet location of the city, but within easy reach of central Bangkok via the BTS (Sky train) located at nearby On Nut station.
Lumpini Ville is a village in its own rights. You could stay here only if you required. A beutiful swimming pool in a sunny spot beside the canal / river. With 3 restaurants (one with door to door delivery), 2 food shops (1 x 24hr) , 2 Laundrettes, 1 x Traditional Thai Massage shop, Ice cream shop, 2 x Hair dressers, Coffe shops, ATM's etc every thing you need is here.
24 Hour Security is provided, with electronic key card access to all areas. The grounds & gardens are well maintained, and a lovely community atmosphere exists here. A condominium site that really works well.

Bangkok is a thriving Modern Capital, with old Thai culture thrown in. Your first visit will not be your last!
Unlike any where in Europe, Thailand has its own unique & friendly culture, hence nicknamed 'The land of smiles'. Bangkok is where 10% of the population lives. It has great shopping malls, bowling allies, cinema's & restaurants as well as historic temples, palaces & places of interest.
Choa Phraya river is the main river that snakes it's way through Bangkok, and not far from Lumpini Ville. A boat trip is a must & a great experience.
Sukhumvit Road / On Nut area
Carefour is a 5 minute walk from Lumpini Ville. This is a great reference point to the taxi drivers, as they all know Carefour On Nut.
Carefour is a French version of Tesco. Western food can be purchased here, and on the ground floor there are Black Canyon & KFC restaurants.
Tesco - Lotus is then another 5 minute walk from Carefour. A huge site, with so much for sale, at good prices. On the ground floor Pizza Hut, McDonalds and KFC. Also great Thai food at cheap prices in the main eating Hall.
Also located here is BTS On Nut station. BTS (Bangkok Transport System) or sky train is the best way to get around in the day time, as the roads below are so busy. Cheap to use, and nicely ariconditioned, 10 minutes gets you to central Bangkok. Also with On Nut being the terminal station, the train leaves here empty. A seat is almost guaranteed, unlike stations further in.

Flights to Bangkok from the UK vary from £360 to £800 return. Have a look at www.ebookers.com for good deals. I can Recomend Gulf Air and Etihad for budget flights & BA & Eva Air for direct flights.
Lumpini Ville 77 is located on Sukhumvitt Road Soi 77 at On Nut, just a short walk from the On Nut BTS Station. Also 77 (On Nut Road) is the main road that leads to the new Survarnabhumi Airport. A taxi to or from the airport will cost around 150 baht (about £3) and will take about 30 minutes depending on the time of day & traffic.
We can organise an English speaking guide to meet and greet you at Survarnabhumi Airport with name card at arrivalls. You will then be driven straight to Lumpini Ville and escorted straight to the door of the condo. This personal service can be arranged for 900 baht.
Nana & Asoke are just 10 minutes away when using the BTS from On Nut day time, and at night time when the roads are empty, & the BTS is closed, a taxi back will take 10 minutes and only cost 70 baht (£1.50).

Further details indoors: The apartment / conodo is different than most in Thailand. It has 4 separate rooms: Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom & Kitchen. Most Condos are all one big room, with bedroom & kitchen all togehther. It is compac (35m2), but homely & works really well for 2 people to live comfortably. It is decorated in modern Thai style.

A welcome pack is provided in the apparment to greet you. All tips on how to get around, how much to pay and what to see & do.
The swimming pool is shared, but as Thai people prefer not to sun bathe, week days you will find most of the time you have the pool to your self. Look at the photos!
At night you can walk and sit by the canal and watch the odd boat go by. Lovely.
Please Note: From October 2009 we will be adding a weekly rent condo in Chiang Rai, NorthThailand. A quiet city still full of culture & surrounded by beutiful mountains & countryside. Ideal to combine both condos in a unique holiday.

On arrival please give my house keeper 1000baht (about £20) for cleaning the condo and preparing clean bedding & linen prior to your arrivall. She will then issue you with keys and key cards for complex and facilities. This charge is applied weekly if staying more than 1 week. Weekly cleaning will then be carried out including bedding & towels.

Hi Trevor. I just back to UK! Had a great holyday ,miss that time now! Stayed many different places in Thailand before,,,-and my time in your condo was really perfect!!! A week in Bangkok was not enough for me ,so i would like to come back again. As a first timer in Bangkok, a little bit worried about location...but later found it as very quite,and easy access to everything place. Walking distance Bts + motorbike taxis (every time outside!),helpful security guys can get a taxi in seconds as well(once at night ,taxi car get me from Grand Palace to condo in 20 min!!!i was impressed).Carefor 5-10 min away was helpful but 24 hour shop outside was very handy as well! Dear Trevor. We really loved your condo, everything was fantastic. We loved the pool area and the gym. The apartment was really nicely furnished and really beautiful. The view from the roof was breathtaking in the night time. Food in the downstairs restaurant was really good, we went there almost every day.
