Bask in the morning sunshine, enjoy a lazy breakfast on the front patio or take in the late afternoon sun with a book and a cool drink on the sheltered sun terrace. Why not make use of the roof terrace with the built-in BBQ, enjoy locally caught fresh seafood or locally prepared meat, enjoy al fresco dining on the roof terrace as the sun sets beyond the mountains.
Casa Nueve is situated in quiet street just a few minutes pleasant walk along the paved paseo to the traditional small Spanish town with its narrow streets, church, plaza, tapas bars, shops, amenities and friendly locals.
The villa is as new, spotlessly clean, bright, tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with all your home comforts including satellite TV showing sports and UK TV . There is free wi-fi available in the village.

The south facing villa has clear views across the Murcian countryside and to the Mar Menor coast, the La Manga strip and the mar menor coastline are clearly visable from the spacious south facing roof terrace. To the east and west of the villa you have views across the open Murcian countryside while the rear of the villa looks up to the town and across to the mountains.
2 Beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided for guests.
2 comfortable sun beds along with a patio dining table and 6 chairs are provided on the sun terrace.
The south facing front garden is a sun trap, it has a large round stone table and seating for 6 perfect for a lazy breakfast in the all year round sunshine.

Welcome to Murcia and the Costa Calida, the 'warm coast' boasting all year round sunshine.
Good things come in small packages and this certainly is the case - as Murcia is Spain's smallest region and it is packed with historic places of interest, modern shopping malls, fabulous clean beaches, brilliant golf courses, luxurious thermal spa baths and much, much more - All within a short drive from Sucina.
Explore Murcia and learn the history of the region. Murcia is steeped in history and you can learn about the Moors, the Christians and the Romans by visiting the historic towns of Caravaca del la Cruz, Calasparra, Lorca, Jumilla to name just but a few.
Murcia is Spain's new golfing Mecca boasting over 20 new fantastic new golf courses designed by the likes of Jack Nicholas, Seve Ballesteros and Dave Thomas.
You can watch top professional Spanish league football la Liga and la segunda at nearby Cartagena, Real Murcia, Elche, or Alicante (Hercules).
Sucina is perfectly situated for cyclist with miles of purpose made cycle roads open countryside and mountains. For ramblers there are hundreds of miles of quiet, open country roads, national parks and off road routes available to explore.
The Sucina area
Sucina is perfectly situated for travelling around the region of Murcia, having good road links to all the historic cities and places of Interest including the Roman walled city of Cartagena and the regions capital city Murcia both just 20-25 mins drive by car.
This traditional small Spanish town centre of Sucina is built around the impressive church on the main square, flanked by the narrow streets hosting all the shops, chemists, bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, take-aways, Internet cafes, post office, banks, communal centre, police, doctors, and a small British supermarket!!
The town has a friendly, safe feel and is away from the crime issues sometimes associated with the Costa's.
Unlike the tourist hot spots and golf complexes charging inflated international prices you will find that Sucina is still a cheap place to shop, drink and dine out, you would typically pay about £1.00 for a small beer, wine or Coca Cola. For a three course meal a family of four can expect to pay about 40-50 Euros including drinks.
You will find the lively local Spanish bars showing both Spanish & UK Sports including Sky sports - a visit to Franc & Louise bar is definitely recommended.
The busy restaurants and wine bars have a good choice of menus (menus in both English and Spanish) including paella and a mouthwatering range of freshly made tapas. There is an small Indian restaurant and a recently opened Italian restaurant serving pasta and pizza - A visit to El Meson Del Vino is definitely recommend.

The prestigious Peraleja golf and the fantastic Hacienda Requelme golf courses are situated right on your doorstep, while the famous La Manga Golf, Hacienda del Alamo, Las Colinas, Covera, Hacienda Riquelme, Condado Signature, El Valle, La Torre, Lo Romero, Mosa, Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Roda, La Serena, Mar Menor, La Finca, Altoreal, La Marquesa, La Tercia & La Sierra golf are all within a 15-45 minute drive away by car. There are taxi ranks directly outside both airports and the cost from Murcia airport to Sucina is apprimately 20 euros.

It was our first holiday abroad with our 3 year old daughter so wanted somewhere to relax but also a location for easy trips out to Waterparks and restaurants. Casa Nueve was ideal for this just twenty minutes from the airport and coast. Casa Nueve is very clean and tidy and has all the amenities you will need. A nice living area and kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom ideal for families and the BBQ terrace on the roof was handy if you just fancied a night in. Really quite and very peaceful with friendly neighbours I would recommend Casa Nueve to anyone who fancies a relaxing time in real Spain! Our beautiful, private 12m x 5m pool is situated in our idylic 500 metre square garden which is situated just around the corner from Casa Nueve. Guests will enjoy exclusive and totally private use of the pool. (we are not in residence so the pool is total private and for your exclusive use).
Please note: The pool is strictly for paying guests only.
Restrictions apply and pool rules must be obeyed at all times.
OUR POOL IS BIGGER THAN THE COMMUNAL POOL AND IT'S FOR YOUR TOTAL PRIVATE USE
