About the home

Tastefully furnished and very well equipped you will find everything you need for a relaxing home from home holiday, with the benefit of air conditioning in all rooms.

The property boasts 3 bedrooms, kitchen / diner, family bathroom, en suite bathroom to the third annex bedroom, roof solarium, garden and private parking space.

Guests love returning to the villa after a hard day at the beach or around the inland sights for a refreshing shower and a cooling drink on our roof terrace, watching the sunset. The shared pool, just 200 m away, is seldom busy and the children splash and swim whilst we relax. Away from the bustle and noise of the coastal strip, you can unwind and share the memories of your happy day - a boat trip; a visit to the historic port of Cartagena or to the wilder beaches of Portman, or the Moorish fort of the Sun at Lorca.

You enter the Villa into the spacious and airy lounge area, which is home to a Sofa, arm chair, TV (Local channels), coffee table and lamp. You will find the dining area with a large table and 6 matching chairs then the American style kitchen, which is home to everything you need for a comfortable holiday. To the right of the lounge you will find the master bedroom, family bathroom and twin bedroom. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort including duvets for the cooler months.

Outside the back door you will find the washing machine and stairs to the twin annex with an en-suite shower room and the roof solarium for your private sunbathing.

Further details outdoors:
Outside the property you will find a front garden and terrace area, also a gravel area to park your car if you wish, there is parking immediately at the front of the house on the road. Upstairs is the private roof solarium.

The Murcia region

The Costa Cálida (English: Warm Coast) is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures .

The Costa Cálida extends from El Mojón in the north near the province of Alicante, to near the municipality of Águilas in the south bordering on the region of Almería province.

The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor ("Little Sea"), a coastal saltwater lagoon which at around 170 km2 is Europe's largest. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22km-long spit of land called La Manga, on which most of the tourism development for the region has been constructed.

Cartagena and Mazarrón are two other important coastal towns in the region.

The Sucina area

Sucina is located next to a special area designated as bird protection, you will find orchids, rivers, mountains, grapevines, olive groves and arid high plateaus; thermal waters, rich artistic and historical heritage. These are just a small sample of what this area offers to vistors.

Sucina is a very traditional town, far from the hustle of a typical.
