The Apartment for rent is a penthouse suite. It is fully furnished and comes with all of the modern conveniences. Situated on the Hacienda Riquelme complex overlooking the 17th hole of the 18 Par golf course. The apartment boasts stunning views of the picturesque mountains and the rest of the region.
Inside the Apartment you have all the luxuries of home including Sky TV and Broadband. It really is a home away from home, and whether you simply want a weekend away to relax and play some golf, or a 2 week holiday with the family, this really is the place for you.
The Apartment can comfortably hold between 4 and 6 people. It comes complete with secure underground parking facilities and has lifts to all floors, making it completely disabled friendly. When arriving at the Penthouse, you will be personally greeted by a key holder who will show you around the penthouse and be there to help you with any problems.
There is also a large communal pool with constant lifeguard patrols to ensure your safety.
The region is a very popular part of Spain and is just a short journey from either Alicante or the closer San Javier Airports. You can get flights to the region for as little as £7.99 exc Tax all year round. You can either get a shuttle bus or there are cheap rental car services at the airports.

Murcia is a diverse region, with historic architecture, modern shopping centres, beautiful countryside and activities for all the family.
Given its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, Murcia enjoys a Mediterranean climate, of semi-arid type, with smooth winters and warm summers.
It has more than 300 days of sun in the year with few days of precipitation. The water is considered very good in the region in addition to the great orchard diversity that characterises the zone.
Murcia is a historic region with a rich cultural heritage. Cartagena is one of the most strategic ports in Spain and it boasts a Roman amphitheatre. Murcia city has some beautiful buildings and all the local towns have traditional weekly markets and lively fiestas.
Murcia is home to some of the worlds finest golf courses, including a series of courses designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Murcia and the Costa Blanca have some very lively night-life spots, with most places, both in the large resorts and in the smaller towns, staying open until the early hours of the morning. There are always many bars offering live music and some of the larger hotels put on after dinner dancing and entertainment.
Whether you are looking for a large out of town shopping centre or a traditional market, the region has it within easy reach. Since 2007, Murcia region has had the largest shopping centre in coastal Spain.

The Polaris World ‘Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail’
Jack Nicklaus is one of the most distinguished players in history. He was only 16 years old when he won the Ohio Open and he achieved more than 110 victories in his professional career, including, 5 PGA championships, 6 masters, 4 US Open and 3 British Open.
Jack Nicklaus "The Golden Bear", founded Nicklaus Design in 1973 and the company has made 275 golf courses all over the World. Some of the most prestigious courses were developed by him, including, PGA West-Private, The Bear's Club and the PGA National-Championship Course. When you stay at Polaris World, the Jack Nicklaus Trail card will give you access to some of the best courses in Spain.
The 9 courses that make up the Nicklaus Golf Trail are all within a small radius and there is a free shuttle bus connecting all the courses. So if you don’t feel like driving or you like to have a drink after a round, you can just catch the courtesy bus.
Pro Shop and Driving Ranges The courses have large, open driving ranges and beautifully maintained practice greens and the pro shop offers coaching year round. The weather in the Costa Calida is perfect for golf, particularly from September through to June.
Golf Prices There are 3 ways to pay for the golf at Polaris and as a guest at the penthouse suite you get a discount on all three.
Pay as you Go: Pay the discounted round price. Books of Rounds: Buying a book of rounds makes the golf even better value for money. Golf Debenture: If you live on the resorts or plan to play a lot of golf, buying a 25 year debenture is a good option. The debenture can also be sold on at any time. If you would like to come and see the golf courses for yourself, we run inspection trips to the area, where we can show you the existing resorts and golf courses, as well as the sites of the new courses.
