Our villa offers all home comforts for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It has two well-appointed bedrooms sleeping a total of 4 people, as well as fitted kitchen, lounge/dining room, fireplace, heating and air conditioning. For entertainment, we have a TV and hundreds of DVDs to choose from!
The climate in Murcia is mild year-round. Summers are hot and sunny, while temperatures can hit 24 degrees Celcius even in December.If you're staying with us in the summer, we have a roof terrace offering stunning sea views as well as outside chairs and sunloungers. We even provide chairs, a sun umbrella and coolbox for day trips to the beach! For a winter sun break, meanwhile, our villa offers a log fire and warm bedding for the chilly evenings.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Murcia's climate is said to be the healthiest in Europe, with 300 days of sunshine per year! Sucina lies 12 km inland (just 15 minutes' drive from the coast) with excellent highways leading directly to airports, beaches, and the historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena.
The beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes away and are safe and unspoiled. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire. Watersports are also available at Los Naranjos (Alcazar), San Pedro de Pinatar, Lo Pagan, and Santiago de la Ribeira (near to San Javier Airport). The Costa Blanca coast, 20 minutes away by car, offers more rugged and dramatic scenery.
The historic cities of Murcia (inland) and Cartagena (an historic seaport) are both just 25 minutes' drive away and offer a wealth of interesting sights for history and culture enthusiasts.
Sucina Village area
The village of Sucina, with its typical Spanish church, is just 4 minutes' walk away from the property. Here you will find Spanish and English supermarkets, a pharmacist, bakeries, hairdressers, bank machines, bars and restaurants.
Sucina is surrounded by rural agricultural land and backed by the Columbares mountain region. There are nature parks, golf courses, water parks and saltwater lagoons all within the region. The shopping mall at Dos Mares is just 10 minutes' drive down the road and is a favourite spot for Spanish and English alike. It has all the shops you would expect in a mall, plus a huge European-style supermarket and a number of restaurants.
How to get there
The nearest airport to the property is San Javier airport in Murcia. You can fly to this airport with Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, Thomsonfly, Flybe and British Airways. San Javier airport is just 15 minutes' drive from the property.
Alternatively, you can fly to Alicante airport, 50 minutes' drive from the property. Alicante airport is served by the same airlines as above.
To get from the airport to our property, car hire is available at both airports or you can get a taxi from Sucina. Speak to the owner for more details on this.

A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking; the remaining rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
A separate refundable breakages deposit of £150 is also payable. This is refundable 2 weeks after your departure subject to satisfactory inspection. Please note that this also covers loss of keys.
