Casa de la esquina is set on a tranquil residential complex adjoining a traditional spanish village. The villa has been stylishly furnished to a high standard and is used as a second home with all necessary comforts including your own private 10 metre outdoor pool plus outdoor shower .
We have a fully landscaped garden, with an olive tree, lemon tree, bamboos, numurous plants and flower beds, six sun lounges, a shaded area with dining table and chairs plus a sun and dining balcony upstairs ideal for out door living.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
This unspoiled region of Spain is a perfect holiday destination with welcoming locals and a sunny climate for up to 300 days a year .This region of Spain encompasses several regional parks, ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching. For those golf enthusiasts, Murcia is becoming known as a premier golf destination with a least 17 excellent golf courses within easy reach of the villa, including the prestigious La Manga resort just a 25 minute drive.
The wonderful climate in Costa Calida is ideal for many other outdoor activities, such as cycling, horse riding, fishing, hiking and numerous watersports, from pedlos to canoes and windsurfing available at local beaches. On the coast of Costa Calida is the “Mar Menor” a well known inland sea. The high levels of salt and minerals in the water are said to be healing and therapeutic and mud baths can be found along the coast.
Sucina Village area
Sucina is a quiet, typically Spanish village and rests 12km inland from Murcia's Mediterranean shore, near the Columbares mountains. This allows you to enjoy the coast at will, but also enables you to retreat to serene surroundings when you want them.
The villa overlooks the village of Sucina which is a 2 minute walk away. The historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within a 25 minute drive . Sucina is ideal if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism and yet it is within easy reach of local resorts, golf courses and places of interest.
A local restaurant and bar which are very good are located within a few minutes walk from the villa and numerous other good restaurants and bars are located in surronding villages within a 10 minute drive.
Golf: The stunning new La Peraleja (Seve Ballesteros) and Hacienda Riquelme (Jack Nicklaus) courses are both located within 3km from the villa. Beaches: Some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida all sit within a 30 minute radius of Sucina. Generally, Costa Blanca's beaches are lively, long white and lovely, while Costa Cálida's are less dramatic but a lot more personal. Some Cálida beaches west of Cartagena can only be reached by foot or by boat, which means you'll usually have less company. The Waterparks at Torrevieja are a 20 minute drive away.
