Terrace One is a beautiful modern 3 level townhouse with it's own private front and rear courtyards, 2 balconies and it's own street frontage. It has two beautiful master bedrooms, both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate study on the lowest level with it's own courtyard and ensuite. The house is fully air-conditioned and has 2 undercover secure parking bays. Terrace One is in the western end of Churchill Avenue, in the heart of older Subiaco.

Churchill Avenue runs into Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth's favourite shopping areas with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, fashion, supermarkets and fresh food markets within a very short walk from the house.

The rear courtyard has a bbq and outdoor dining area, and there is also seating on both balconies, which look over the street and into the canopy of trees along Churchill Avenue.

Our properties are all fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time. If you would just like a quick tidy up and your beds made, it would be $40 per hour.

The house is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. Churchill Avenue is only a short walk to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

The Western Australia region

The city of Perth is known as one of the most isolated in the world, mainly due to the sheer size of this beautiful country of ours, Australia. This isolation ensures we have some of the most pristine landscape in the world. Our multitude of endless white sandy beaches are a truly wonderful way to see us at our best, and only a 15 minute drive from the centre of the city. Watch out for our famous hungry sharks though :) Perth is situated on a large expanse of river land called the Swan River, which meanders comfortably inland from the historic port city of Fremantle. Perth City itself is situated some 15 kms upstream from Fremantle and the river then continues it's way up through our beautiful Swan Valley, complete with it's vibrant wine industry, and then into the picturesque Perth hills area. Terrace One in Churchill Avenue is situated only a few minutes walk to magnificent Kings Park, which thanks to some very forward thinking ancestral city fathers, is a large 1000 acre tract of natural bushland which has been preserved in it's native state, right on the edge of CBD. It is criss crossed with a multitude of walking and cycling paths and is also home to several award winning restaurants and cafes, in several locations throughout the park.

Subiaco

Without fail, the best part about Subiaco, and in particular this area of Subiaco, is the close proximity to all the services you could want or need. Plus the friendly local community. You will be nestled in amongst historic residential homes, large and small, fancy and quaint, strong and remodelled or slightly worn and a bit crooked - the area abounds in character. Full of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and friendly locals, you will love your stay in Subiaco, whether for business or holiday.

Terrace One in Churchill Avenue, Subiaco, is within close proximity to all our beautiful city of Perth has to offer. From Kings Park and the beautiful Swan River with the multitude of walking and cycling trails in its city surrounds, the historic University of Western Australia, 5 of the city's major hospitals and the many attractions of the wining, dining and café culture of the Subiaco, Perth city, Leederville, Highgate and Northbridge areas, to the business and shopping opportunities of the CBD, the house is right in the middle of this hub of excitement. We are also just a short distance to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), delightful Matilda Bay, the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Trains and buses are also close by for that visit to any of Perth's fabulous iconic pristine beaches or perhaps the historic port city of Fremantle.
