Positioned in Subiaco's most desirable pocket, known locally as "the golden triangle", this home is located on Axon Street, just near the intersection with Park Street, in the centre of "old Subiaco" and only 200m to Rokeby Road. It is a lovely comfortable split level townhouse with it's own private front, side and rear courtyards, with pretty gardens to sit in and enjoy. The house has it's own street frontage with undercover parking for 2 vehicles. It has three bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and the other two with doubles. The master bedroom is huge, with it's own sitting area and 2 balconies. We have one very large bathroom complete with bath tub and shower, loads of natural light and ensuite access to the master bedroom. There are 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs in the large laundry area. The house also has a separate study on the lowest level, just off the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The rear courtyard has a bbq and outdoor dining area.
Axon Street runs parallel to Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth's favourite shopping areas with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, fashion, supermarkets and fresh food markets, all within a very short walk from the house.
Our properties are all fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time. If you would just like a quick tidy up and your beds made, it would be $40 per hour.
The house is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. It is only a short walk to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

The city of Perth is known as one of the most isolated in the world, mainly due to the sheer size of this beautiful country of ours, Australia. This isolation ensures we have some of the most pristine landscape in the world. Our multitude of endless white sandy beaches are a truly wonderful way to see us at our best, and only a 15 minute drive from the centre of the city. Watch out for our famous hungry sharks though :) Perth is situated on a large expanse of river land called the Swan River, which meanders comfortably inland from the historic port city of Fremantle. Perth City itself is situated some 15 kms upstream from Fremantle and the river then continues it's way up through our beautiful Swan Valley, complete with it's vibrant wine industry, and then into the picturesque Perth hills area. Subiaco is situated only a few minutes walk to magnificent Kings Park, which thanks to some very forward thinking ancestral city fathers, is a large 1000 acre tract of natural bushland, preserved in it's native state, right on the edge of CBD. It is criss crossed with a multitude of walking and cycling paths and is also home to several award winning restaurants and cafes, in several locations throughout the park.
Without fail, the best part about Subiaco, and in particular this area of Subiaco, is the close proximity to all the services you could want or need. Plus the friendly local community. You will be nestled in amongst historic residential homes, large and small, fancy and quaint, strong and remodelled or slightly worn and a bit crooked - the area abounds in character. Full of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and friendly locals, you will love your stay in Subiaco, whether for business or holiday.
In the heart of older Subiaco, Park Street runs east to Kings Park and west to Rokeby Road, while Axon Street runs north south. The townhouse is only one house past the corner of these 2 streets. It is a short walk to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia are all just a short distance away.
