The Coach House is a 17th century former stable beautifully converted with all modern conveniences. It sits overlooking the Horsley Valley and is only a ten minute walk away from Nailsworth which has an abundance of restaurants and two pubs. A 35 minute drive takes you to Cheltenham to the north or Bath to the south.
The cottage has one main bedroom but there is a sofabed for extra guests. Outside the private garden faces south and there is a terraced area with table and chairs and a BBQ. There is also off-street carparking for up to three cars.
A holiday at the Coach House has something for everyone, whether it's a nature ramble, a trip to an historic Cotswold town or a romantic evening in a local restaurant.

Upstairs the Coach House has a large bedroom with a 6 foot bed which can be made up into two singles if required. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
Downstairs is open plan with a kitchen area, dining table with four chairs and a sitting area with two sofas (one of which is a sofabed).

French windows from the bedroom lead to the private garden where there is a garden table and chairs and a BBQ. Next to the garden is a carparking area large enough to hold 3 cars.
The Central England/Cotswolds region
Gloucestershire is a beautiful county. There are many walks - including the Cotswold Way which can be joined at Uley, 3-4 miles away from the Coach House. Bath, Cheltenham and Bibury are 35 minutes away and Cirencester only a 20 minutes drive from Nailsworth. The pretty villages of Slad and Painswick are close by. All have lovely pubs and cafes and interesting shops.
There are many activities available in and around Nailsworth. Walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, gliding and a spa at Calcot Manor are all nearby.
Nailsworth is a lively town and has its own festival each April. It has its own Town Information Centre which is fully up-to-date with local events.
There is a farmer's market in Nailsworth held each month and the country's best farmer's market held each week is at Stroud, 4 miles away!
Gatcombe and Badminton are a short drive away for horse lovers!
Other interesting places to visit include Westonbirt Arboretum, Woodchester Mansion, Berkeley Castle, The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge, Ruskin Mill in Nailsworth and Syrham Park.
Numerous painters, sculptors, potters and textile artists live around this area and frequently have their studios open for visitors.
