Selah is a unique annex which is part of a converted 17th century pub nestled in the heart of the Cotswold town of Nailsworth. The annex consists of a large Bedroom / lounge, a small landing leading to the shower room and separate breakfast room. The property has period features including exposed Cotswold stone walls and roof beams.

The annex is ideal for relaxing short term get-a-ways,close to M4 and M5. Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham within 30 minutes drive. Tetbury, Cirencester beautiful cotswold towns 15 minutes away. Great award winning restaurants and eateries in the town and lots of quaint independent shops.

Nothing speaks greater than the beauty of the five valleys as seen from the surrounding commons of Minchinhampton, Selsley, Rodborough which surround the town of Nailsworth. Perfect for walking, horse riding and cycling. This year Laurie Lee is celebrating his centennial year as a local poet and artist.

Nailsworth has been listed by The Times as one of the top 101 places to live in the country with its independent shops,thriving award winning restaurants and great surroundings.

There are several golf courses, cycle tracks and dog waking trails.

There are historic houses, castles,arboretums, water park and roaming cows and horses on the nearby common of minchinhampton.

Badminton Horse trials may beginning of may many of our restaurants frequented come and stay.

Stroud

The cotswold towns of Cirencester and Tetbury are well worth a visit for shopping, eateries and ambience.

For nature lovers there is Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands, Westonbirt Areboretum many national trust houses and parklands.

For walkers the Cotswold Way is very beautiful and popular.

Events:

Badminton Horse Trials, Cheltenham races,Gloucester Rugby,Historic Talll Ships at Gloucester Quays and many local Polo club matches. There are two gliding clubs nearby too.

Theatre and fine dining at Cheltenham,Bristol.

Wales and the Forest of Dean 30 mins to 1 hour away.

"Very comfortable"

Thank you for your comments as you pointed out our cottage is right in the centre of town which
makes it extremely popular for restaurants, shopping, coffee or popping out for a paper.
I would like to think this is a one off incident or we could not live here ourselves!
