Just one mile from Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, Rith Chalet has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. With so much to do in the local area, this lovely little chalet offers a great base from which four people can explore the region.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Large enclosed south facing mature garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for two cars. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Shop 10 minutes’ walk, pub and restaurant 1 minute walk.

You can even take a walk on the wild side among the legendary Stiperstones, at Wenlock Edge and within the stunning Clee Hills. The Stratford upon Avon / Shottery area
Occupying a peaceful setting in the rolling Warwickshire countryside, the historic village of Shottery is just over a mile from the fine market town of Stratford-upon-Avon. This pretty little location is renowned as the birthplace of Anne Hathaway, wife of William Shakespeare, and boasts a myriad of lovely thatched cottages, a welcoming inn which serves real ale and delicious food as well as another popular restaurant. The home of Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon is within easy reach and boasts not only striking architecture, shops full of character, pubs and lovely riverside walks, but also the bard’s famous theatre. Nearby Kenilworth and Warwick also boast castles, the latter of which often hosts a trebuchet or jousting display in summer months. This region boasts a huge range of activities and Shottery is a great base from which to explore all that Warwickshire has to offer.

This was our second visit to Rith Chalet and it was so nice to meet up with the owners once more. 'The Bell Inn' is a very welcoming establishment serving good value food. Needless to say we will be making a return visit very soon.

,This was our first time booking a holiday with Sykes Cottages and we have to say Rith Chalet was a wonderful home from home. The location is perfect, within a short walking distance from Stratford Town Centre, and has a local pub serving excellent food until 10pm every day. The gardens at the chalet are vast and very peaceful, with a few squirrels playing and busying themselves all day long. The owners are lovely people and made us very welcome on arrival with a card and a bottle of wine, and we couldn't recommend this property highly enough. Thank you for finding this place for us.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
